Relax, reconnect, and play at Bellerive Hangout, a three-bedroom Creve Coeur home with multiple gathering spaces, a private hot tub, and a colorful lower-level game room.

- Bedroom 1: king bed with an en-suite shower bathroom
- Bedroom 2: queen bed
- Bedroom 3: queen bed
- Sleeper sofa for additional guests
- Second full bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination
- Bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor; the game room and laundry are downstairs

Game room and living spaces
- Free-play arcade with classic games
- Ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and poker table
- Large smart TV and two separate living spaces
- Dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi

Outdoor and family amenities
- Private hot tub
- Covered patio with grill and outdoor furniture
- Pack 'n Play travel crib, high chair, and baby safety gates
- Driveway and street parking

Important policies
- Dogs only: a $150 non-refundable pet fee per reservation is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in a $300 fee.
- No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.

- Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
- Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
- A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

Early Check-In
Please contact us on the day of your arrival to request an early check-in. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Late Check-Out
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please contact us the day before departure to request a late check-out. Late check-out is subject to availability and the following fees:
Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.

Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
