"The greatest asset of this hotel is its proximity to the Arch, riverfront and Busch Stadium. The room was clean and spacious. The 3 complimentary drinks per guest were good. The complimentary buffet dinner was awful. The complimentary breakfast was tolerable. Parking is $30 per night extra. Use caution, spaces are tight and there is plenty of paint on the concrete pillars (just ask the staff)."

"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

"Beautiful older hotel, helpful staff. Excellent Bed! Breakfast was a challenge as they were understaffed and overwhelmed. Next door is another Marriott property with a Starbucks. The Hotel is close to the convention center and walking distance to the Arch and Cardinals baseball. Other than the area hotels, there was virtually no shopping or restaurants. Many boarded building and panhandlers, we didn't feel safe waling the area after dark."

"Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking."

"Specifically picked this hotel due to its proximity to Busch Stadium, went to a ball game and wanted to be able to walk to, and from the stadium back to the hotel. I didn't choose to do valet, and just parked in the garage across the street for $30 for less than 24 hr parking. Didn't really have time to use any of the amenities the hotel offered, but the bar/dining area looked really nice."

"The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone."

"There was nothing said about valet only parking,the valet left my car out so long before parking it that I got a parking ticket. My daughter’s room had blood stains on the fold out bed. My favorite is that within 3 hrs of us being there our room was broken into while we were sightseeing and it turns out it wasn’t just ours but several other rooms. The breakfast was horrible and we ate elsewhere after the first day. I’m not bashing the whole chain because I did stay in one in Seattle just a month...

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
