"The property and garden are perfect if you have a dog. If you don’t , its clean and not at all doggy! We’ve visited several times and love it. Good proximity to an unspoiled beach and Rye nature reserve."

"We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. "Absolute delight, perfection. Although we only live a few miles away and was staying whilst we had a new bathroom installed, we will come back to recharge our batteries on a regular basis!!"

"Perfect brake away very relaxing, everything clean will definitely return and recommend having the brewery on site was a bonus too for a few drinks."

"Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was."

"Fantastic property. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the history and renovation back story. Was worried it would be cold, draughty and creaky. How wrong we were. It was warm and inviting.Nice rural and quiet location. Happily stay there again!!"
