We had a great trip! The condo was well equipped and met all of our needs. The view from the balcony had an amazing ocean view and beautiful sunset. The location is great and walkable with various restaurants and bars.Our host was very responsive to our needs.

Fantastic location with probably best sea view on the island ! Own swimming pool with direct access to a small beach which is only accessible from these apartments! Step out front and directly on Lawrence gap with numerous bars and restaurants ! The apartment was very large and clean and main bedroom had its own private bathroom and second bedroom next to another bathroom! Far enough apart to feel like separate apartments!

Very roomy place. The views to the ocean were wonderful. It was very handy to many good restaurants and beaches. Sometimes the late night noise from St Lawrence Gap night spots was annoying depending on the direction of the wind. It did give me time to realize the 90% of people who do karaoke shouldn’t sing out loud.

Everything about our stay at Colin’s condo met or exceeded our expectations. From his clear and timely communication before our arrival to the warm welcome and smooth departure, Colin was an outstanding host. We loved the stunning view from the balcony, the convenience of nearby restaurants in the Gap, the peaceful private beach, and the easy access to Dover Beach. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fabulous views and location

We had a wonderful trip and really feel like we happened upon the best location. Great sunsets, fun restaurants, and a snorkeling right off the little private beach. Such a perfect spot! We were very comfortable and the place was well appointed.

Great Location

This place was in a great location. Walking distance to just about everything you want or need. The Condo was great for our family's needs. Colin was very helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had!

Amazing condo!

Right on the water, food available within walking distance. Private beach. Host was very helpful! Everything you need for a wonderful stay. 5 gallon water mug in the condo. Near by beaches.

PERFECT PLACE

We stayed at this perfect apartment for 11 nights and had a fabulous time. The apartment is perfectly positioned being close to everything you need eg bars, restaurants, convenience store and beautiful beaches. Colin was the perfect host and assisted us on many occasions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and was perfect for my family of 4 in every way. Thanks Colin for a lovely stay.

OUTSTANDING!

This property is OUTSTANDING! From the sizes of the rooms to the INCREDIBLE balcony & views, everything was perfect for us. We loved staying right in the Gap and it was easy enough to get to all the other places we explored. Colin was wonderful to communicate with and Isha, who cleans, was just a doll. Highly recommend.

Sounds of the Waves

We enjoyed our time at Mistle Cove. Condo is on 4th floor, there is an elevator, but took the stairs most of the time. Good proximity to restaurants, bars & Dover Beach. We were glad to have beach chairs provided with the unit. Pool was a nice option to start/end day. There is a small little beach area, not for swimming as current is too strong, but if you just want to sit on the beach, it's steps away and does have sun/shade.

Well run, excellent, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We arrived not well and in need of a doctor. Colin was a great help in this matter. He really saved the vacation. So again a special shout out to Colin for all his help.

Superb location, great property

Great location. Truly oceanfront and ocean view. Fabulous covered balcony that you can use throughout the day. Air conditioning was excellent, separate controls for each room was very efficient. Overall a fabulous condo in a fantastic location with a super helpful host. Minor issues- futon/couch is worn, dryer was having issues, as other reviews have mentioned the front bedroom gets noise from bar/restaurant across the street.
