Villa Sunkissed on the beach

When it comes to seeking out a chic, contemporary villa on the water, it doesn’t get much better than this. Located in the heart of the energetic south coast, just a stone’s throw from the popular “Gap” in St. Lawrence with its collection of restaurants, bars and evening entertainment, this central position makes it a dilemma every evening to decide whether to stay in and have diner on your own private waterfront terrace and observe the activities or take a stroll and maybe join in….

From the terrace below you can see the crystal waters and may catch a glimpse the turtles nibbling bits of seaweed as they glide over the sand, or the fishermen rigging up their boats in the morning and bringing in their catches in the evening. Snorkeling, or swimming are always options should the urge to take a break from the innately difficult task of relaxing all day in this visually appealing environment.

While the villa plays a supporting role in this Caribbean tale, it can easily steal the show with its open plan living/dining/kitchen space, fully equipped kitchen and mixture of modern architectural design and classic furnishings. The quality of the finishes and attention to detail throughout the villa speak to the care and attention that the owners have put into producing this delightful, character holiday home.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sunkiss Villa! The host was very friendly and welcoming, and showed us all of the property features when we arrived. The home was beautiful and well equipped, although unlike some vacation homes we’ve visited, there were no extra supplies such as spices, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc. That was not an issue - just sharing for awareness. Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the AC (bedrooms only) worked well. We absolutely loved the location! It was safe and easy to walk to multiple good restaurants and bars, and we were able to swim with the turtles right off the back deck! We rented two cars and had plenty of garage space and extra parking space right outside the garage. Highly recommend Sunkiss!

Check in was fine aside from the fact that they never told us that we were to take the garbage out not the housekeeper, never said where the garbage was to go and then yelled at us about it.The garage and gate opener seemed to be running out of batteries the whole visit and the staff told us we "weren’t pressing the button" right?! Never offered to switch their opener for ours. On two occasions the garage door slammed shut on its own, once on our rental car as we were pulling into the garage and another time when i had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit in the head by the door.The doors and surfaces were dirty upon arrival and stayed that way after 3 visits from the cleaner. Ask about the sargassum, because they will not tell you. The house will be smelly and you can't access the beach.Supplies were limited, we were given a ripped up rag to clean the dishes, 4 dishwasher pods, and 2 barely full hand soaps for the entire house. We had to buy even the basics, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, salt and pepper, aluminum foil (as there was no baking pans we used foil). We received 5 towels at a time for 7 guests (we asked in advance if the extra guest was fine and they said yes so should have planned for 7 guests). Internet went out for a few days and had to set up at a cafe. This stay was riddled with inconveniences and accusations from the house staff. I know they are trying to sell this house, but if you don't want to rent it...don't?

Beautiful View & Relaxing Stay

Our Stay at this beautiful home was wonderful. The property lived up to our expectations based on the photos provided. Such a view! Lots of places to relax, including 3 outdoor verandas/balconies. It is located close to The Gap where you can easily walk and find many excellent restaurants, shops and entertainment. The property management staff were very informative and available for questions as needed. A nice welcome as we arrived and then back again at the end of our stay to wish us a goodbye. Sunsets! Rainbows! Good food! We had a fabulous week here!

Amazing villa

Villa was just about perfect. Location to bars and restaurants could not be beaten. Villa itself was spotless and all furniture and accessories top drawer. Jason the owner lives nearby and is on hand very quickly if needed. Will definitely return
