Located on College Street, you’re just steps away from the vibrant Sliema Front and Balluta Bay. Enjoy leisurely walks along the promenade, visit nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops, or take a short ferry ride to Valletta!

You are also very close to all necessary amenities including late-night grocery stores , pharmacies and also quick access to transport.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Your apartment is ideally situated on College Street, just a short walk from the picturesque Sliema Front and Balluta Bay.

Here, you’ll find a lively promenade perfect for leisurely strolls and stunning and picturesque sea views.

The neighborhood offers an array of dining options, from trendy cafes to international restaurants, as well as food shops and local markets. Opposite the street you will also find a fruit and vegetable store which is open most of the times.

For those who wish to experience the beauty of the island, we suggest you travel to Sliema ferry terminal which you can also do by foot and you can travel to the capital city quicker and you also take it the beautiful views!

You are also very close to St Julians , Here, you’ll find a vibrant nightlife scene, upscale bars, and lively entertainment spots, including the renowned Paceville district. St. Julian’s also offers beautiful beaches, chic boutiques, and a range of cultural attractions.

You are also close to other facilities such as cinema, gyms, shopping malls & fast food restaurants.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
