Bathrooms | Two spacious bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets. One is an en-suite, directly connected to a bedroom.
Laundry | A private washing machine is provided and free to use.

Regular bus routes from St. Julian’s reach popular destinations across the island, including Valletta, Mdina, and Sliema. Just hop on a bus from one of the many stops in town to start your adventure.
For a more scenic experience, consider taking a ferry from nearby Sliema to Valletta, enjoying stunning views of the Grand Harbor on your way to Malta’s historic capital.
If you prefer driving, car rentals are available in St. Julian’s, offering flexibility to explore the island at your own pace. However, be aware that parking in St. Julian’s can be limited due to high demand.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
