"The staff was very sweet I will definitely be back the room was big and beautiful. The only issue I had was the security in the parking lot someone put latex gloves on my car mirror but that's not the hotel's fault.the manager was so sweet and helpful like we had known each other for year's again I'll be back "

"The worst customer service … lady at the counter was not professional at all. They keep (1/3) of the cash deposit no matter the room was clean and all good at the check-out. The receptionist said if you do the deposit with credit card you will never get it back… I ask for a receipt for the deposit and the lady said “is not receipt at all for the deposit ( personally I think is ilegal, they should give you a receipt for any transaction)
