"Quirky resort. Lots of artsy stuff. But I paid $275 for one night. That didn’t include a bathroom, TV, or phone. Building is very old and historic but not well maintained and the community bathrooms smelled. Not for me."

"The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch!
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay."

"The room photos were misleading. We were hoping for a separated suite, but the beds were maybe 5' apart, so that was unexpected. The ice tub was stored behind the toilet and the windows on the 4th floor open entirely, which is super unsafe. Otherwise, the pool looked clean, the location to the river is beautiful, and the staff were friendly."

"Very courteous staff. The reception staff was helpful and kind. The shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful, especially one driver who gave us tips about the Portland airport and asked questions about our stay and mentioned how he hoped we would come back. Very convenient location to the airport. Clean and well-maintained. Also, a great breakfast buffet compared to other hotel chains, and the young people working the area kept the food fresh and stocked regularly."

"This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful."

Consumer beware! We didn’t see no free guest breakfast. They charged $16 a person per guest for breakfast and it wasn’t any better than anywhere else for free. I might even say it was worse. You couldn’t even make a hot waffle or pancake there. The bacon was underdone and my granddaughter was trying to find a crispy piece of vacant eat. The whole thing was pretty sad. Don’t bother eating there. They did not...

"The air conditioner was wonderful. The property is a bit old but it was clean and nice bed. Elevators were broke down. One did work. Not a fan of the restaurant. Very expensive and my breakfast was cold. I had avocado toast and poached eggs. Toast very hard and eggs were over cooked. Not worth 18.00. We did like the staff. Breakfast for us both was 67.00. Husband’s wasn’t great either!! Should be at this price!!!"

"Room was fine. It was only a 6-hr stay because of our late flight.
Shuttle was disappointing. Our flight did not arrive until 2am ( should have been 11pm). When we got our bag and called for a ride, we were told there is no shuttle from 2-4am. No cabs were left in the queue and we waited another hour for a Lyft to the hotel. I had written when our flight was delayed and no mention was made of limited hours. It made a long, horrible travel day even worse."
