  • This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.
    The space
    -Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
    -The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen
    -Dishwasher and washer/dryer will make your stay more convenient
    -Everything you need is within walking distance.
    -A parking permit for on street parking is included in your stay.

    **At the end of your stay you must leave this permit in the apartment. There will be a $35 fee if you misplace or take the permit**

This was a small apartment on the first floor that was ideally located for us. The place is well equipped with all of the things we needed. The bed isn’t overly comfortable, but for three days it was fine. The washer and dryer would be a nice touch for travelers and was a pleasant surprise. The back patio needs some work as there was no way we could have used it. Also, it would have been nice to have two wine glasses instead of only one. Be aware that there are upstairs neighbors and ours were quite noisy on the last evening. The smoke detectors are connected so when they burnt something or were cooking it went off in ours too. Overall, a nice place to stay for a short while,

We really appreciated the washer dryer! It came just in time for us to do all Our travel clothes. The “wildlife” mentioned in the description was definitely stinky , but we appreciated the attempts to mask it with a plug in diffuser. These historic properties are really charming so all in all we enjoyed our stay.

The living area and kitchen were lovely. Location was incredible. Bathroom and bedroom did not feel or look clean. All things considered, the property was ok for the money.
