Park in your own driveway, relax on your private patio, and enjoy everything our city has to offer on your doorstep. This home has so many historic features including a brick fireplace in the loft space, claw-foot bathtub, and restored original flooring. Ideally situated for 5-6 travellers with a queen bed, two single beds, and a full sofa bed.

We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone (after 10pm urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel or email for non-urgent matters, as well as replying to the welcome text message you received upon confirmation.

I liked the home itself. It was spacious, quiet, and inviting. It felt like home. I appreciated the location being so close to downtown and heritage sites. I enjoyed watching the children coming and leaving school across the street and the old church next to it. David's responses were always quick and helpful. I have no complaints. A few kitchen items added to all the items allready available would be helpful for me personally, but I think that most people would not even notice, such as a cheese grater. I mentioned this to David and he thanked me for my feedback. I would go back there in a heartbeat if it weren't for the distance from my home.

St John’s holiday

House was very clean & well equipped. In a convenient location, short walk to downtown. Check-in was very smooth& easy. Hosts were attentive - touching base to ensure we had what we needed.We would stay there again.
