, This property Zeus Guesthouse is a special place where you will feel comfortable and relaxed and enjoy the stunning views of Caribbean sea, offering a hilltop view of, sea, mountain, and harbor view , the townhouse is fully furnished , the property is 10 minutes drive from town and the closest beach the perfect vacation getaway.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, you are welcomed with open arms, like old friends meeting for the first time, we do pick up from the airport the cost is $25 USD that includes stopping at the supermarket or bank

Take in your first Caribbean sunset from the veranda overlooking the turquoise sea, and you will begin to sense the unique experience we have to offer. Oh and also we have an 4WD Jeep to rent at a very good price $45.00 US dollars per day, the road to the property is rough so 4WD is best and we also do drop off and pick up from the airport $25 USD , the townhouse have 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and living and dining room, 2 balconies with lovely views , living space is about 900 square feet

The host was a great guy. The room needed a magnifying mirror, hair dryer, and a blanket for the bed. We had trouble with the TV. It was unfortunate that it rained for 36 hours and we had water on the floor. The water heater wasn't hot the first day. The roads were horrible in Antigua.

Zeus is a great host! Our group consisted of two adults and two 18 year old boys. It was our first trip to Antigua. He picked us up at the airport and stopped at a well-stocked grocery store on the way to his place. We had planned to rent Zeus' car and drive to the places/beaches we wanted to visit. After noticing that most of the streets are not named and other than the larger highways, the roads are rough, we chose to take his offer and ask him to drive us where we wanted to go. Zeus made himself available to us each time we asked. We were there over New Year's Eve and we would not have know about the local music and celebration at Shirley Heights if Zeus hadn't suggested it. His knowledge of restaurants was good too, one of our best meals was at a small local place near a beach that we wouldn't have know about without him. His place is nice, and the views are spectacular! Since there were 4 of us, we used both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Both floors have great views of the harbor and surrounding neighborhoods as well as the hills/mountains of the area. The benefit of the 3rd floor is in addition to what you see on the 2nd floor, you have a clear view of the cruise ships that came into the main port. We only had one issue while there, the hot water heater was not providing enough hot water. He contacted the plumber and I'm sure he has the problem fixed now. Antigua is one of the most beautiful places we have visited and Zeus made our stay wonderful!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Zeus's clean large place. The kitchen was way above what you would expect. Zeus was there when needed but not in your face. All round great.

I was returning home, after being away for several years, Zeus was amazing, picked us up, took us to get groceries, gave great advice about the island, the accommodations were beautiful even though we were out most of time, I would book here every single time!

Great property with great views, Zeus was more than a super host and always a phone call away. I loved the privacy and the fact that the home is in the center of everything yet tucked away enough to allow a peaceful and quiet nights sleep. The pictures do not serve this property justice...way better in person. I'm glad I booked it and will return again GOD willing

A little ways from the beach or restaurants with a good hilltop view and ocean breezes. The service from the owner, Zeus was fantastic and he provided transportation to anywhere on the island we wanted to go. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Cook's Estate for one week. The views were amazing and we were not far from bustling St John's, beaches, and stores. Mr Zeus was very attentive, helpful, and respectful... a true gentleman. We would highly recommend Cook's Estate to those who are not attracted to an all inclusive resort but to those travelers who yearn to experience the real beauty of Antigua.

Getting to the place was a bit of a chore. It's up on a hill. a bit out of town and on a dirt road. Granted, Zeus offers airport pick up and on hindsight, would recommend it. I had issues with my cell connectivity for unknown reasons and that didn't help. On first impression, the house was clean, orderly and well prepared for our visit. Zeus met us at a nearby corner to guide our Taxi driver to the house. Somehow, communication was off and the he didn't anticipate the second bedroom so he prepared that for us. Make sure you either bring provisions or have a way to drive into town for them as there is nothing in the vicinity. You will most certainly want either a car or driver. The wifi worked well. There was a missing TV in the upstairs room so you had to either go to a bedroom or the kitchen downstairs to watch. Coronavirus news is everywhere so we wanted to stay informed. Overall it was pretty nice. No significant issues.

Zeus was a great host, his property was exactly like the listing. So many windows to let in the great Caribbean breeze! We were picked up at the airport and dropped off, and took advantage of renting Zeus’s SUV while here. Recommend it or another rental SUV as road in and out is quite rutted. Taxi would be fine from here as well, but recommend a.rental to drive the island. Zeus Wil check in with you as often or seldom as you prefer. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent the month of Jan. at Zeus' Cooks Estate in the Gray's Farm area of Antigua. We were two couples so the fact of having our own bedroom and bathroom on our own floor added to the comfort of our stay. The kitchen is well equipped including a dining area and there is a large livingroom area on the top floor. Because we spent a month there we rented Zeus' car for the month. A very worth while investment. We thoroughly enjoyed driving all around the island. If you want to drive in Antigua you will find very few road signs, making it very difficult to follow a map. You will need a local SIM card for your cell phone and use Google maps to get around. Zeus was a wonderful, helpful host who attended to all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Zeus as a host.

Our stay at Zeus’s place was Excellent! He has a Spectacular House with Amazing Views with the upmost privacy! It has all the amenities we were looking for. Didn’t really need a pool because you could just go to anyone of the 365 beaches Antigua had to offer. AC is there, but you don’t need it because with the windows open or even the door, you get that nice beautiful Caribbean breeze through entire house on both floors. His place is very clean and has a luxury feel. You basically have a LCD TV in every room except the bathrooms. We considered his place our home away from home. Zeus was an excellent host! He attended to our every need. He even picked us up from the airport and dropped us back. Take advantage of the rental SUV that he offers in addition to the house. It is well clean and in great condition. We definetly without hesitation recommend this place to anybody traveling to Antigua and looking fir a great place to stay. We are already looking to return again in the near future!

Our recent 2 week vacation at Cook’s Estate in Antigua to celebrate our 35th Anniversary was extremely enjoyable. We were very pleased with this huge, comfortable, nicely decorated & spotless home. This well maintained home is a short drive to St. John, the supermarket and beaches. It contains all necessities needed for a comfortable vacation. ( lots of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. for easy meal preparation) We always felt safe & secure with it being gated & the owner Zeus living on the premises too. Zeus was a perfect host; giving you the utmost of privacy & also very helpful and friendly when needed. We took advantage of Zeus’s SUV he offers for rent for his guests. This made it very easy upon arrival & departure. The location is great for touring the island in all directions. The house is situated on a big hill. The balconies offer spectacular view’s of St. John on one side & the ocean on the other. The cool evening breezes are perfect for sleeping. We would definitely stay at Cook’s Estate when we visit Antigua again.

Despite the fact my plane was THREE HOURS late, Zeus made sure we found it and had everything we needed, even taking us to a supermarket for provisions. Having him also on the premises is priceless. Although inland, the views from the hilltop are great. The house is tastefully furnished and easy to feel "at home." Until the last segment of road to the house is paved, it is a bit of a challenge getting there. No matter. Once you are there, you'll love it!

Unfortunately we went during off peak period most restaurants by the beach didn’t open on certain days or closed early. But I enjoy food at Crab Hill, Fort James and Trade Winds. The house we stayed in was very nice. Thanks Zeus.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this beautifully clean house. He had his own room and bathrooms floor (I didn't have to hear his late nights TV-watching) and I had my own floor. The 360 degree view is spectacular, along with the cool breeze from being on a hill. There's no AC but you really don't need it if windows and fan are on (I had to get up one night to shut the fan off) Zeus, our host, picked us up from the airport and took us shopping for groceries for a very small fee. He was also available for any questions I may have. I highly recommend "Cook's Estate" for your stay while visiting Antigua & Barbuda. Thank you, Zeus; Jules and Ethan

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Our host was very responsive to our needs and always available. There isn't any air conditioning but it isn't even needed because the position of the house creates a lovely breeze all day. I even closed the windows at night. Please note if you plan to rent a car that the roads leading up to the house are unpaved and a truck with 4wd is highly recommended.

The home is very nice and clean. It was great for 2 couples as we each had our own space. Bedrooms were comfortable with full bathrooms. Close to Saint Johns but you should rent a SUV as the property sits a top a hill with nice views but the road up is a bit rough. Zeus the owner was excellent and very helpful in every way. Zeus is a very good host. He had an electrical problem the day before we arrived and the fan in the master bedroom wasn't working so he provided us with a standing fan; which was great. The house itself is great, very spacious and gets a lovely breeze due to the location. Its close to town but far away enough to provide lots of privacy and allows you t enjoy the scenery and views. I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to my next stay.
