Located less than 2km from popular downtown yet far enough away from the downtown noise to enjoy a comfortable quiet night sleep. Also within 5-10 min drive to a hospitals, Village Mall, Fast Food restaurants, Bank and Supermarket. Whether your trip is for business, medical, or pleasure this place is sure to meet your needs.

Ebjoyed our stay

Everything was amazing! We love to walk and found restaurants were within walking distance. The place was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and Brenda was very good in communicating with me with any questions I had.

Just like home

This sweet place had everything we needed, including the best coffee maker! It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to downtown, with a connivence store on the corner. Excellent host and overall great place! Loved it!

Replace whistle kettle, dangerous. Toilet runs on, needs servicing. Add more hooks in the bathroom. Replace or service lock on front door, difficult to open and close. Overall property was great, perfect for our needs. Nice decor and clean, close to downtown. Good communication from host. Thank you.

Convenient location for brief trip to St. John’s

Overall well kept older suite. Host was easy and pleasant to communicate with. The suite was quite clean and provided plenty of comfort for our brief stay in the city. Nice location quite close to downtown.

The apartment was exactly as advertised--beautiful, modern and clean. Lovely decor and kitchen was well stocked with the essential pots/dishes/appliances. Especially liked that there was laundry machines too! Host was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Close to downtown

Brenda's place is a 5 min drive to downtown St. John's. It is nicely decorated and spacious. It was very hot when we were there so the place was hot in the unusual heat wave. Our own fault, I didn't realize how many stairs and we had a couple of suitcases each so be aware there are a few stairs as is a second floor apartment. Brenda replied to messages fast - very communicative :)

Great place

Great place super clean. Bus stop at the corner or a walk downhill to town. There’s a deli and convenience store at the corner. Brenda was easily reachable and very accommodating. Great host. My only negative comment is there should be a safety bar in the bath/ shower. We had a lovely stay in St John’s

Great Place and Very Quiet

My wife and I were very happy with Brenda's place. It is literally a couple minutes from most attractions in St.John's. And, I night, it is very quiet. This is definitely a 5-star accommodations and we will come back.

The stay was nice, but extra money was taken without my agreement about the amount

So at the end after the check out ,I find that, the apartment owner has asked for extra fees for stripping the beds ( which was mentioned and that was my mistake ) and for extra cleaning fees ( which( was not even mentioned) and already paid for the cleaning inside of the apartment inside of the bill. Then she asked vrbo for more than $100 and even after me disagreeing with such a situation and amount she asked vrbo to refund the money from the deposit, I feel scammed
