Our stay at Harding House was wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. The location was great and we loved that a Tim Hortans was just down the street! Our property manager was informative, friendly, and quick to reply. It was very important to us that our stay be at a pet friendly rental, and this was perfect.

This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland.
It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit.

Everything was lovely, clean and well-cared for. It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people. My daughter and I loved it and appreciated doing a load of laundry! Thanks!

I hadn't stayed in this area of town before and booked two full weeks. It has become my new favourite location! Perfect for anyone staying in St. John's with a dog (or two!); close to parks/trails. I can't say enough praise for the location - close drive/bus ride to Bidgoods Plaza (complete with bank, Shamrock City Pub/Jungle Jim's, drug store etc). Easy drive (just hop on the number 2!) downtown. I loved the ease of catching city transit from this VRBO to downtown, too - very close to bus stops.The only minor downfalls were no toaster, recycling bins/bags, nor plastic hamper provided. There were issues with the television hooking up to Wifi, but a fulfilled request for a cable box quickly fixed the issue (providing optional access to Netflix, Prime, and other streaming services also). The tub in the bathroom was slippery and needs coating or a bath mat. But no major complaints :)

Young family living upstairs so there were very early morning rises and some later night noises. Within 10-20 minutes of anything you want to visit as a tourist. Quiet neighbourhood.
