"My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept better here than I do at home. The room also had great amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a large TV. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, which made the experience even better."

"Considering the cost paid, Rs4800 plus taxes for the room it is over priced by at least 40% compared to price quoted by other booking companies for the same property. The location, the room ambience, cleanliness and facilities is not worth the money paid. "

"It had paper thin walls with limited privacy. Property is located right in Gandhi Chowk. Thus, it's good for business trips but won't suggest for leisure trips."

"On checking in, I was told that they would not accept my Passport as ID and I needed to produce Indian ID document and proof of address. Room was not ready on arrival either. There was no heating in the room and the weather was cold so I requested a heater and was told that this would incur a charge. Breakfast was not served on time and the food selection was very limited. There was quite a bit of waiting for the food and hot drinks to served for the buffet breakfast. "
