Come enjoy paradise with the entire family! Seagate is a spacious 5 bed/5.5 bath oceanfront villa w/ private pool and small gym. Short walk down to the water where you can enter just to the South of the property with onsite paddle boards or enjoy snorkeling. The bay is often filled with turtles and different types of reef fish. Some guests opt to paddle board or walk to the pond bay beach if not visiting the national park. The villa is located in Chocolate Hole - only 5 minutes from Cruz Bay.

Three bedrooms upstairs all with private bathrooms and king sized beds.
A full kitchen, dining and living space on this level as well as a large balcony.
The ground level has two rooms 1 has a full size bed and full bathroom, while the other is a bunk room with a King size bed, and two twin bunks. As well as a full shower, and couch. The gym is connected to the bunk room as well as accessed from the pool deck, which is also on the ground level.

Staying at SeaGate you will have full use of the entire Villa.

Quaint neighborhood, minutes away from the Westin and Cruz Bay

There is parking for two cars; it can fit more, but driveway is somewhat steep. Taxis know the villa and are happy to provide rides if needed.

Our stay was amazing and David, Julie, and Kelley were great to work with. The last day the water went out and David was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Kelley greeted us at Cruz Bay and even helped us transport our luggage to the house. She also set up a day trip to the BVIs which was amazing.This house was perfect for our group of 13 people. It’s spread out perfectly for everyone to enjoy family time along with quiet time when needed.

Our family of five (kids ages 20, 18, and 14) had a fantastic week staying at Seagate. The house is very close to Cruz Bay, the ferry, and downtown. The house is spacious and the deck overlooking the ocean is just perfect. The ability to snorkel from the house is wonderful. Communication with property management was smooth. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in St. John

Loved the location of this property-easy to get into Cruz Bay for groceries, restaurants, etc. The view over Chocolate Hole is incredible. The property worked great for our family which included grandparents, parents and kids. The access to the "kids rooms" was via the outside so not sure I'd recommend it for younger kids, but our kids were between 10-15 and they were comfortable with that setup.

Great spot!

Seagate is a beautiful, well maintained, perfectly located villa. The pool and access to the ocean from the back are a nice extra. It had all we needed and more… for a great family and friend vacation.

Nice stay and location.

Overall we enjoyed our trip to St. John and our stay. The villa was very clean and the communication / check-in were all smooth. Great views from the upper level and a quick ride into Cruz Bay. Really great to have access to the water right from the house and the kids loved being in the pool all week. Having back-up power was fantastic as the island lost power on our last night but we didn’t notice any interruption at all! The only note is that the bedroom layout isn’t ideal if you have young kids. The bunk room that the kids wanted to sleep in is on the lower level and next to the gate to the pool area. The bunk room doesn’t have an interior connection to any other room and the only other bedroom on the lower level is the smallest one. We had 3 kids under 8, so was a little nervous having the kids go outside each time they left the room. If the “kids” room is going to be downstairs and not connected, we would have felt better if there were door or pool alarms or a monitor to at least hear the kids at night. Shouldn’t be an issue with older kids and they’d probably like the privacy.

Amazing stay!

This house was wonderful. The property managers, concierge and greeter were all incredibly helpful and made the stay seamless. The communication was great and our original nervousness around the kids bunk room having a separate entrance from the main house was very quickly addressed and it ended up working out perfectly for our group. This is an incredible home and well run rental, we will definitely come back and stay here again in the future!

Villa Seagate

Villa Seagate is a spectacular property. The house is big, plenty of natural light, high ceilings, modern and very clean. Well decorated. Fantastic kitchen! The view from the house is breathtaking. The beds are VERY comfortable. The owners, David and Julie, were always available for any questions or recommendations. Only a 5 minute drive to a well stocked gourment market and Cruz Bay. Highly recommend Villa Seagate and surely would return.

Great Location!

The interior of the house was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable as well as the linens. The house is located close to a great grocery store and gas stations as we heard were in short supply in some sections of the island. Rental car recommendation was spot on/ Check in with our Greeter was very nice.

SeaGate getaway

Our stay at SeaGate was exceptional. We very much enjoyed our stay and loved the amenities the residence offered, especially the pool, workout spaces and multiple decks with awesome vistas of Chocolate Hole and surrounding areas of St. John. Fully appointed kitchen allowed for us to bring a local chef in one night for a birthday dinner. Whatever minor issues that might have popped up, the property manager was on site within minutes to rectify the issues. We will certainly plan to come back to SeaGate again for another unforgettable stay!

Perfect 1st Time USVI Stay

The property is more spacious and remarkable than the rental photos make it look. The outdoor living spaces, pool, 1 outdoor/bathroom shower, extra bedrooms downstairs, fully-stocked kitchen (we like to cook at home), and great communication with the hosts and even greeter upon arrival were all wonderful! Admittedly Chocolate Hole isn't the best swimming/snorkeling location, but that doesn't detract from what we all agreed was a 5-STAR stay. Highly recommend for a large family or group!

Seagate + Chocolate Hole = great family vacation!

We visit the USVI frequently, St John is our fav by far! This trip we brought our kids and a couple of significant others for a total of 7 vacationers. Our primary goal was getting myself and my daughter scuba certified…we met that goal. Secondary was to have a restful and relaxing vacation. Seagate on Chocolate Hole met that goal and more. The property is exactly as advertised and professionally managed. Our greeter was flexible and went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the house, property, and St John. The house was perfect for my family of adult “kids”. We weren’t on top of one another but we’re able to connect when we wanted. Loved the hammock, pool, and path to the water. Snorkeling in the cove is great for turtles, rays, and a variety of reef fish. Previous trips to chocolate hole also included small nurse and reef shark spottings. Kitchen was well outfitted and the availability of beach chairs and SUP were nice. The driveway is not for the faint of heart to go up backwards, if you have 2 or more vehicles, make sure you allow for turning around one at a time, you can thank me later (completely doable to reverse up the driveway, btw, just need strong nerves 😁)
