  • Surrounded by stunning gardens, Tropical Manor has 4 spacious bedrooms with azure ocean and lush mountain views from this private hilltop location on St John in the US Virgin Islands. With AC throughout the home and fresh trade winds blowing through this estate, the villa makes a perfect vacation rental with a private pool for groups of up to 8 guests.

    Relax knowing this villa has full backup power for a truly stress-free, uninterrupted island escape.

    On the Main level, a native stone entry leads to the spacious upper level deck with cozy outdoor shady living areas. The nautical feel great room and kitchen are ideal for entertaining, with arched Mahogany doors and windows streaming in the views from all sides.

    A full bath powder room off of the kitchen and the “captain’s desk” complete with porthole windows gives space for those that need a remote workspace. The upscale Caribbean feel of the home continues throughout the property.

    On the great room level, the first master bedroom has an en-suite bath featuring an outdoor shower and new AC.

    Downstairs, enjoy even more outdoor living with views of Coral Bay from deep-water pool and 2nd outdoor living room. A small pool kitchen on the lower level adds a simple quality of life
    feature that makes days easy.

    The 2nd master bedroom features a king bed, new AC, a screened in porch next to the pool and a grotto shower in the en-suite bath. Where the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have AC and share a bathroom.

Great Stay at Tropical Manor

We had a wonderful stay. The property is amazing with great views and is easy to get to north beaches, Salt Pond, and east beaches such as Hansen or Haulover. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Thank you.

Stunning views with all amenities.

Beautiful space with stunning views of coral bay. Property manager was super helpful and the villa had everything we needed to have a great stay. This was our 9th time on the island and we all agree this was the best view with the best outdoor space that we’ve ever had.

10th Anniversary Trip

This property worked out great for my family and guests. Everyone had their own bedrooms and had separate baths. The kitchen had everything we needed.Although there were power outages while we were there, they didn't really effect us. This is a great house for up to 4 couples.

Fantastic getaway!

The property was stunning! It was VERY clean… we had everything we needed and more! We didn’t cook a lot at the house, but had we wanted to, the kitchen was stocked with everything….dish sets, silverware, great pots/pans… and more. We always bring towels… but I actually didn’t need to at this house. They had very nice beach towels in the each room and ice packs/coolers/chairs there for us to use for the beach.We also used the washer and dryer and they had laundry detergent there for us too! It was great!I would go back to this property in a heartbeat!!!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Vrbo rental in St. John! The home was perfect for our group—two couples, two 17-year-olds, and two 19-year-olds. The layout gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax, with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of spots to gather as a group.The pool was a huge highlight! It was the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach, and the teens especially loved having their own space to hang out. Whether we were lounging poolside or enjoying dinner on the patio, the outdoor area made our trip extra special. The view is spectacular. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed, from beach chairs, floaties, and coolers. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, but still an easy drive to restaurants and the beaches.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, offering great tips and ensuring everything ran smoothly.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This rental is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the best of St. John in comfort and style.

We had an amazing stay here at Tropical Manor. The 8 of us, ages 8-75, were very comfortable. The home is clean, gorgeous. The AC was very appreciated. No power issues. We had an issue with water on one day and the management responded immediately, issue resolved very quickly. There is some construction next door but we didn’t mind it at all, we were out at the beaches during most of their work days. The road in and driveway to the house is steep, but you get used to it driving around STJ. The house has beach chairs, coolers, well stocked kitchen. The concierge responds quickly with any recommendations. We loved this house and stay and would definitely stay here again.
