La combinación de suites con dos camas king y una gran piscina nos hace únicos entre las villas de alquiler de St John. Host was very helpful and responsive. House was great for our family. Beds comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great pool and landscaping, wonderful view and the common space was just what our group needed to have family dinners, movies and games. We only had an issue with the dryer but owner responded quickly to issue. Great week.

Beautiful Getaway

This property was the perfect size for our group of 7. It’s in a beautiful private area and we truly appreciated the view from the upper balcony! The 4 bedrooms were clean, and it was so nice that each couple had a private bathroom. The beaches and gorgeous blue Caribbean waters of St. John are amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Multi Family Getaway

We had a great stay! Location was very convenient to Cruz Bay. Views of the harbor were amazing - unbelievable sunsets! Plenty of room for 2 families of 4 to stay. Very good communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty, comfortable villa in a great location!

We had 2 couples and 2 singles traveling to St John this year. Villa Colorado fit the bill because we love the neighborhood it's in (we've rented other homes in this neighborhood over the years) and we loved the 4 equal master suites in the house--all were very large and comfortable with big bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the common room was super comfortable with plenty of seating. At this time of year, the lack of air conditioning in the common room wasn't really an issue, and at the times it got a little warm, the over head fans and stand fans made it much more manageable.The pool and the grounds are beautiful---room to do yoga in the morning and a great pool to swim in at the end of a beach day. The iguanas sunning themselves in the trees and on the pool deck were always fun to see and so were the roosters (if a bit vocal! :) ) and the hens and chicks.We used one of the private chefs the property manager recommended for a lovely dinner at home (Chef Vincent Alterio)--it was nice having what amounted to a concierge service on this trip. The communication before and during the trip by Keri was prompt, professional and perfect.All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Villa Colorado!

Great location but disappointed

The location was perfect. We were shocked to find that the main living area and kitchen (all one big room) were not air conditioned. The bedrooms - all separate from the living area and also each other - were thankfully air-conditioned. The property is also long overdue for an update. Missing light fixtures and lightbulbs, very old and damaged furniture (2 sofas practically sunk to the ground), and rusty beach chairs just to name a couple. The bathrooms were all also un-airconditioned. The towels were nice and the kitchen was well-appointed. We really enjoyed the pool. The lack of airconditioning in this west-facing home really overwhelmed the stay. It was approaching 90 degrees well into the night, causing us to cut our time together in the evenings. While your listing does say “A/C Bedrooms”, it should be made CRYSTAL clear that the main gathering area is not. We were just thankful that we didn’t have elderly parents or little babies traveling with us. A few updates, and add A/C in the living area and we’ll gladly be back!

Amazing Week at the Villa

Our stay at the Villa Colorado can be summed up with one word…perfection! From the moment we were greeted on island to the check out process, everything went like clockwork. The house, the pool, and the view is spectacular! Don’t hesitate. Buy the tickets. Rent the house. Have the best time ever!

Wonderful!

We spent 1 week at Villa Colorado in June of 2022. The property managers were very helpful with check and and quick to respond with any questions we had. They checked in periodically via text to make sure even was going well which we appreciated. The house was clean and stocked with the necessities we needed. The pool was big enough to accommodate six children swimming after long beach days which was fantastic. The location of the villa is great, easy trips to Cruz bay and grocery store made it easy. We loved our stay at Villa Colorado.

Villa Colorado

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Colorado. The location is perfect and the set up with 4 masters with plenty of privacy worked great for our family gathering of 4 couples and 2 kids for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The check in process was easy and Kevin showed us around the house and the staff checked in several times during our stay. The pool and outdoor space were great after days on beach or boat. So easy to get to town, beaches and to markets. We also took daily walks around the point with some great views. We will be back and hopefully much sooner than 10 years since we got married on Hawksnest beach!

Wonderful Family Getaway Villa

Thoroughly enjoyed a week at this Villa with our family of 10. It was better than advertised. The 4 Master Bedroom layout was perfect, allowing privacy away from the common area. The pool and outside area were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beaches. The common area was perfect for meals and evening gatherings, including a stunning view of the sunset over Great Cruz Bay. The management company was very helpful, from meeting us at the ferry, to responding to an issue wth the clothes dryer (which they were able to fix the next day). All in all, we had a very special time at this property - I would highly recommend it.

A wonderful Christmas in St. John!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We have 5 adult children, ages 18-25, and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool and property were beautiful, private and peaceful. Loved our walks around the neighborhood. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! It had everything we needed. A perfect vacation, can’t wait to go back!

Ideal Home for Multi Generation Family or Fruends

This home has lots of space for gathering and quiet times. The four identical bedrooms were perfect for all. The view of Great Cruz Bay was beautiful. The property manager was responsive to our needs. The home was very convenient to Cruz Bay and shopping, and the pristine beaches were a short drive beyond. Did not disappoint!

St. John get away

Nice Villa in St John

A group of 7 of us stayed at Villa Colorado and we truly enjoyed our stay there. Having everything we needed for our week long stay at the villa was nice and I only needed to contact the owner the first day for all of my questions but his number was given to me to contact directly for anything we would need. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were the only place air conditioned, the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was exactly what we needed after a day at the beaches on St John. 2 Grocery stores were close by to the villa So that was nice too. All in all I would recommend this Villa for families or groups wanting their own equal size bedrooms and bathrooms.

Easy to communicate with Jared before and during our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, beautiful views, great pool, and the concierge was an amazing asset. Helped in so many ways to make our arrival so simple. Groceries were on site and as requested. EVEN Dr. Pepper!!
