And with just a short walk down the trail to some of the most beautiful snorkeling St. John has to offer, this is truly a gem of a find!

Our stay was fantastic from the time Dennis met us at the ferry until we left. How was amazing. The view was breathtaking from almost every room. The pool was amazing with an incredible view. The kitchen was well appointed with every need fully covered. There was NOTHING not to love about this place!

Henry met us at the ferry and showed us to the house (even though it was late in the evening), then gave us a full tour of the house. He was able to make great suggestions for beaches, restaurants, hiking and rentals. He was polite and welcoming!

This house was all around amazing. Henry met us at the ferry doc, collected our luggage, showed us to the rental car company, and escorted us to the house. It was such an incredible first impression and made the logistics so so easy. The house itself is in an amazing location and is stunning. Having 4 rooms each with a king bed was perfect for our family. Some of the rooms have their own private entrance which we loved - felt like we had our own private space and weren’t on top of each other. The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you need to cook at home including extras you wouldn’t expect like a ton of spices/seasonings. Most houses on the island only have AC in the bedrooms so having it in the common spaces as well was amazing and allowed us to spend more time together in the living/dining room playing games and hanging out as a family. The house, pool and views were so amazing we actually spent multiple days just hanging there taking it all in and enjoying the amazing space. We have been to St. John multiple times and this was by far our favorite villa. This house could not have been a better set up for our family get away (that included a 5-year old and 7-month old). Henry is a wonderful host and the house is amazing. Could not recommend more!

Amazing

We have been going to St John for more than 20 years and this was one of the best houses we have ever rented. Everything we could have needed/wanted was available. The location was perfect and a great place to spend the afternoons, after the mornings at the beach. Access to a beach within walking distance to swim and snorkel was such a treat. We wondered what it would be like with a 20 month old but turned out to be easy and wonderful and fun. Henry met us at the ferry and responded to some early texts within seconds - Would highly recommend this house and hope to be back.

Great location and beautiful views!

Easy, easy, easy! Henry met us at the ferry dock and was so kind to handle our luggage for us. We followed him to the property and he gave us a detailed tour. Clean, open views, pool, everything worked perfectly. We will book again!

Marvelous Villa with amazing views

For our first St. John’s visit, this place was 100% what we were looking for —amazing location in chocolate hole with easy accessibility to Cruz Bay as well as hiking trails and beaches. Quite amazing view from the villas on all three floors with all of the amenities required. Henry was an excellent liaison answering all questions Even going overboard and picking me up from the shopping/grocery market. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect island escape -look forward to coming back.

Stunning Views, best for adults without small kids

This house is definitely not for a family with small children as the bedrooms are very separate but this is a strong plus for couples and older kids! The views are spectacular, the pool and balcony are heavenly. We were a group ranging from 21 to 61 and it was perfect for us. Our days were spent either at a beach or the pool, it was a wonderful week of relaxing. Many restaurants and the town center all within 15 minutes. A Jeep or other 4 wheel vehicle is a must, roads are very drivable but can be a bit steep and rugged at spots. House manager Henry was great at communicating with us (A washer and dryer needed to be delivered during our stay) and getting us acclimated to the villa upon arrival. We have visited many Caribbean islands and have been searching for the one we want to keep coming back to, I think we found it. This villa helped seal the deal.

Beautiful view!

The house was everything shown in the listing. It is going to be hard going anywhere else as we will always be comparing where we are to this house. Great location, close to Cruz Bay, beautiful view, amazing pool and beautiful sunsets. Henry was always available by text. I would definitely reccomend this house.

Unforgettable

House is beautiful , view is spectacular, kitchen had every tool imaginable if you like to cook. It felt liked we were not on earth, but on some imaginary planet. If you want to really get away rent this property. And Henry , the manager was extremely helpful and always available for any questions we had about the house and the island . Highly recommend this property.

Heavenly Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation with 3 teenagers. The views from the house are stunning. We spent endless time on the porches and in pool for the beautiful sunsets. The house is well appointed and has everything you would need. All of the rooms have plenty of privacy with their own bathrooms which was perfect for our family. Trips in town were quick and everything was very convenient. Even the path down to the water was to tropical and beautiful. We will definitely rebook this home for our future trips to St. John. It was perfect!

Perfect Retreat

Excellent property with breath taking views. The house is very convenient to the wharf restaurants and two grocery stores. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with everyone having their own room. The house has a very large kitchen, dinning and family room for all gatherings. The house was well stocked and even included beach chairs and coolers for your beach trips. The covered porch, pool and grill were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day and sunsets in the evening. I would highly recommend this house and we will stay there again the next time we visit the island.

Great house for families with teenagers!

My family of six children(ages 11-21) myself and husband spent a week at this property. Absolutely perfect location on St. John’s! Extremely easy to get to Cruz Bay for activities and dinners. we were able to drive very easily to beaches on all sides of the island. We enjoyed many evenings in the pool and cooking dinner, and eating outside on the deck. Grocery stores will have everything you need and are located very close to the house. The house is completely stocked with cooking supplies, pots pans, glassware, and even including spices. Plenty of beach, chairs, and towels for your day trips to the beaches. I highly recommend spending at least a day out on a boat to enjoy the island from the water. The Banana Deck was our families, favorite restaurant. We did eat at several of the fancy places but my kids really enjoyed food and drinks from the banana deck! The layout of the house was perfect for a little privacy for everyone while a also providing a great family space in the living room for nightly games. The sunsets from the pool were absolutely beautiful!
