Nice location and spacious condo

Quiet and convenient, close to Cruz Bay with BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Pool was nice. Concierge was super helpful, a great asset to the property. Need some appliance updates (dishwasher, washer and dryer worked, but not great) and need more porch seating when renting to six, but otherwise a very, very comfortable place to spend a week on St John.

Great family Villa with a beautiful view!

The Villa was beautiful and had plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and relax on our vacation. The location to Cruz Bay was great as well.

Great stay!

Our whole stay was great! Our host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Any time we had questions, they were quick to respond, which was greatly appreciated. The villa itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. I would definitely not hesitate to return!

Senior Trip

We rented this property for my daughter and 2 of her friends for their senior trip. It was absolutely perfect! We had a greeter who met us at the gate at check in and walked us to our rental. We had one tiny issue with our lock (the keypad battery was dead so it wouldn’t lock), but the maintenance guy came right away to fix it. The property was quiet and the view was lovely! I would definitely return.

Excellent staff

Great property. Check in staff were there to meet us, and they are prompt to answer the phone with any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff came over immediately to address an issue we discovered and fixed it within 20 minutes. We shall return next year!

This is a great 3 bedroom villa with wonderful amenities.

We really loved the large villa which is part of a larger gated condo community. Therefore it offers a shared clubhouse, gym and pool. All very upscale. Every room is very tastefully appointed and that was very appreciated. The master suite is extra large and accommodating in it's amenities. The overall unit lives large. We will be back!
