Welcome to Little Palm Villa, spacious living for two or four. Many of our guests are repeats and say their favorite part of St John is the giant screened porch for dining and lounging. And an easy driveway you can turn around in!
Ideally sited for enjoying the trade winds, Little Palm is in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking the sailboats turning at anchor in Coral Bay harbor. Just minutes to friendly Coral Bay for groceries, restaurants, or water trips. 10 minutes to Maho Bay, a couple more to Francis and Leinster Bays, 25 to Salt Pond, East End or Cruz Bay- a great location.

* Gourmet kitchen with quality appliances, mahogany island, tile counters, outdoor gas grill.

*Downstairs: Master bedroom with king size bed is 12' x 24', with en suite bathroom/shower. An extra twin mattress for kids that want to sleep close by is available. Large porch is unscreened with handy clothes line

* Ground Floor: Great room with kitchen, lounge area, dining and a large screened porch. Ground floor has a smaller bedroom with a/c and king size bed, and large separate bathroom with orchids in the shower- all at drive way/parking level. No steps except the doorway on this floor!

This house is beautiful & the open concept is so relaxing! My teenagers commented multiple times how amazing the house was & that they’d never stayed anywhere like it!We found the house to be very well appointed. Everything that we looked for was available. There were written directions for the tv, the lights are labeled… definite attention to detail. There were plenty of fins and masks, a cooler, chairs. They’ve really thought of everything The hosts are super responsive. We had a slight challenge with the oven & they were available promptly with a solution. I think this house is best for families with teenagers or two couples traveling together. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with younger children here due to the house layout … the two rooms are are different floors and both floors have very large decks. Amazing for us, just a word of caution for families with younger kids. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back someday!

This villa is the perfect place to stay in Coral Bay with a 5 min drive to dinner, the market and a couple beaches. The villa is clean and the perfect place to make your breakfast and enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun light up the bay below. Then pack up your lunch in the cooler provided by Ann and Rik along with 4 snorkel masks, noodles, beach chairs, towels and umbrella that you can take to your adventures and be at Trunk Bay or Maho Beach within 20 minutes. Little Palm is the perfect quiet villa to stay for a relaxing and exploring island vibe experience. Ann and Rik were great hosts by proving all we needed to know in advance with easy entry instructions and restaurant and market recommendations that did not disappoint. We're already planning our return trip! Thank you for sharing your little gem with us!

Little Palm - a great place to feel at home

Ann and Rik have a truly special home and my sister-in-law and I completely enjoyed our stay. We’d head out early for snorkeling having been to nearly every north shore beach and more, then return home to relax and either stay in for the evening or head out for great local music! The house location made it easy to get everywhere on the island. I hope to return someday!!

This was a perfect spot to enjoy beautiful St. John. Convenient to beaches and groceries with a few nearby restaurants. Such a comfortable home with wonderful views and island breezes. We would return in a heartbeat. Hosts are helpful and thoughtful.

Great Coral Bay location

Properly was as advertised. Ann and Rik were very responsive. The main floor deck was wonderful. The access and parking were great. Checkin and checkout very easy. Would rebook again.

Beautiful Home and gardens

Beautiful paved drive up to the property dotted with flowers of all kinds and sour sop fruit outside our bedroom window. Nice amenities as we prepared fresh fish and steaks from the local market. Tile floor, wood rafters lead you to the huge screened-in back porch revealing a breath taking view of Coral Bay. Our upstairs bedroom was very comfortable so was the bed. Our upstairs bathroom had an open shower full of blooming orchids and great sunshine. The downstairs has a gas washer and dryer outside of the bedroom. The downstairs bedroom is very large and has an enormous unobstructed view of Coral Bay. The bathroom has all the amenities one would need. Rik came by to welcome us and gave us plenty of snorkeling and dive sites as well as suggested markets and restaurants. The driveway was a pleasure to navigate and Turn Around In.

Wonderful layout and view

This is a great place! The checkin process was clear and easy. The location is nice and quiet and off the road. The layout is as open and airy as it looks in the picture, and it is wonderful! Kitchen and bathrooms well-equipped for vacation usage. The two decks are massive and are perfect to soak in the beauty of Coral Bay. The drive to Coral Bay restaurants is very convenient. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Tropical Paradise

This place is a little slice of tropical paradise! The open air design was the best and the view from the deck was amazing! It was so relaxing to come back to after a busy day of exploring. Ann and Rik were great hosts and super responsive.

The Best of Outdoor Living in Luxury

First screened in porch/balcony with no insects and the view of Coral Bay and town! All the basics for cooking and barbecuing needed. Ann was ever so responsive the morning after we arrived to help us access wifi and use TV. We broke coffee caraffe first morning and she was there by noon with a replacement. We're going back next February.

The Perfect Place for Us

Little Palm was the perfect place for us. Ann and Rik were wonderful hosts. They provided tips on the best places to go, were quick to reply to text messages and everything else we could have needed like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear were provided. We loved the wrap around screened in porch and we spent many evenings having gatherings around the large porch dining room table. The drive to get to the house is easy as well as making it up the driveway (which was also easy to turn around in). We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise Perfection

We had an amazing stay here! Wonderful amenities, amazing kitchen, washer/dryer/clotheslines. The upstairs bathroom was pure bliss!!! Loved all the plants, the wildlife, the location was perfect!! Lots of kitchen supplies, nice notes regarding different items, so helpful. This is one of the nicest places we've stayed. Like living outdoors!!! So close to trail I actually ran there a couple times from the house. Not for everyone but I loved it. If you go to St John, this is a grade A, class A experience to rent.

Another great vacation on St. John

We always stay in Coral Bay, but this was our first time at Little Palm Villa. The house was perfect, had everything we needed for cooking (even sharp knives), great showers and comfy beds. The entire house including upstairs porch is screened in. The breeze was great and the numerous ceiling fans kept everything cool. Ann and Rik were super helpful answering questions about what was and wasn't going to be open on xmas eve and xmas, Joy (property manager) took us on a night snorkel (so fun). Highly recommend.

Wonderful Home Above Coral Bay

First...definitely spend most of your vacation time in VI on St. John's staying in Coral Bay. Quiet, peaceful, and close to the best beaches in USVI. Second, stay here. The house is spacious with 2 master bedrooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs, lots of dining space and comfy seating and a well thought out kitchen. The stars of the house are 2 large decks with great views of Coral Bay and with lots of seating upstairs and wonderfully cool breezes coming off the Bay. Finally, what makes it perfect are the hosts. Rik and Ann were very helpful and friendly.

Second time around!

It's our second time around so no needs to say much. The house now has solar power and water pump. A little hitcup with ice dispenser frozen but Joy took great care of us. There was sands on the sofar so we shook it off outside, no biggie but that's why there are a 4 for cleanliness. No laundry detergent either so we made do with hand soap 😁. Hope to go back again soon when we all gear up for the no see ums.

Loved Little Palm

My husband and I have been coming to St. John for many years. We love the Coral Bay side of the island, and we found that Little Palm offered us quick access to the beautiful beaches, hiking trails...and of course local favorites like Skinny Legs! We always bring food with us, so we enjoyed the BBQ and well equipped kitchen. We slept primarily in the lower master bathroom for the breezes...and the fans kept the temps nice. The highlight of this stay was sitting on the screened-in porch playing cribbage, reading, and relaxing while enjoying the harbor view. Highly recommend, and thank you Rik and Ann!

Nature Lovers Dream

Little Palm was the perfect get away for our family! My husband and two teens (13 and 16) loved waking up each morning to the birds and then hearing them call to each other in the evening. The open air house left us feeling like we were camping in a rainforest, in all the best ways. The view of Coral Bay was beautiful and we even had a rainbow one morning after a brief rain. There is only air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, but despite visiting in June during a heat advisory, we didn't have any problems. The breezes kept the house comfortable and we all adjusted quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Palm. Ann and Rik were wonderful and so responsive. The house is fully stocked with snorkel gear, kitchen necessities (and I cooked a lot), shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. We plan to come back again!

Outrageous view and breezes, so peaceful!

What a beautiful stay in Coral Bay. Everything is as listed, Contact with owners perfect. Loved the solar panels for backup power which kept mostly everything going! Especially fridge and fans and lights. ! Driveway is excellent and paved road up! Such a pretty home and loved the inside outside shower! Would definitely stay again!
