This villa has 2 Master En-Suite Bedrooms Each with Private Deck for Morning Coffee or Sunset

This Villa features a large open Cooks kitchen and great room which opens onto the covered outdoor dining deck.

The great room features large flat screen TV. Extremely comfortable sofa provides seating for 6. There is a game table-which also serves as indoor dining if weather doesn't allow outdoor eating (rare but possible) and a comfy reading chair rounds out the room.

The kitchen has everything any cook could require. Large counter surfaces, all in unique Brazilian Granite. The 13-foot long bar counter divides the kitchen from the great room.

There is a powder room off the great room which features a unique amethyst (stones not just color) vessel.

The Bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and great room; they sit on either end of the villa for maximum privacy.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has 2 twin beds which can be configured as a king. Each bedroom has ACs, its own flat screen TV, and large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors lead to the private decks which look out to the pool deck. Each has its own oversized bathroom with showers and double sinks encased in the Brazilian granite countertops.

The large pool is perfect for those refreshing swims after returning from the beach.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
