Spring Break 2024

Very nice property. Spacious. Private. Easily held 5 adults, one 65+, and one under 12. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Nice perks with access to the pool, bar, and community center. Only issue was the front door key and lock. Difficult to open.

Great stay at the Hills

After a week at the Hills, we wished we were staying longer! The condo was very clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated beach chairs and coolers as we travel to the beaches daily during our stay. The best part is the view! The sunsets were amazing on the balcony. Perfect place to start and end the day. I miss the view already. One thing to consider is that the main route to the unit is the very top of Jacob’s ladder (if driving the island hills is a concern of yours). The driving directions provided are detailed and makes it very easy to find. We traveled with our twin toddlers and felt that the unit was very safe, including the balcony. Highly recommend!! Would love to return. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs

This was our first time in St. John, and the villa and community it is within fit our needs perfectly. We had plenty of space to cook and enjoy dinners with our friends (that were in a separate residence), the teens self-entertained every evening at the pool, and after-dinner cocktails on the patio overlooking the bay were fabulous. The home is spacious, well-decorated, and clean. It had everything we needed to head to the beach (chairs, coolers, etc), and mostly everything we needed for home cooked dinners with friends. Also, we utilized the bistro next to the pool one night for pizza and cocktails when we were too tired to cook or go out, experience was quick and easy and staff very nice. I recommend this rental and would love to return!

Beautiful Villa

The property grounds and the accommodations are beautiful!! Incredible view overlooking Cruz Bay and out to St Thomas. The on site chef is great! Coco plum Villa was everything it was advertised as and it was a joy to sit on our giant outdoor balcony and enjoy the sites and sounds of the island. This was an incredible place to bring my family of six to enjoy the beauty of St John.

Experience in The Hills @ St John’s

It’s a wonderful location if you want to get away from the business of the town of Crux Bay. The views are fantastic overlooking the bay & the town. The pool area was so convenient with really good food service at the Club House. This helped because the town was so busy. Beds were comfy. Showers were with decent pressure. The layout suited out 6 people perfectly with bed sharing. This our second stay at the Hills & we all agree we would book again. Thank you for your hospitality!
