This villa has it all! Beija Flor means "Flower-kisser" (hummingbird) in Portuguese. Beija Flor is located in exclusive Point Rendezvous and can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy beautiful water views and spectacular ocean breezes. Beija Flor is 75 yards on a cliff above the beautiful blue waters of Fish Bay. Watch the stunning sunrises and enjoy dinner under the stars on the 500 square foot upper and lower balconies. Relax in the saltwater pool or swim in one of the many beaches close by.

Beija Flor is just an 8–10-minute drive from the town of Cruz Bay where you can find amazing restaurants, shopping and other activities. The beautiful North Shore beaches are a 15-minute drive from the villa.

As you walk into the great room, five double mahogany doors open onto the upper deck and provide expansive views to Fish Bay where you can enjoy sea turtles swimming and bobbing to the surface. Beija Flor features four king size bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two king size master suites are located on each side off the great room. There are a set of stairs that will take you to the pool and to the two lower bedrooms with king size beds, both with sliders out to the lower deck with amazing views of Fish Bay. There is a connecting hallway with doors to each bedroom.

All villa water is purified by an ultraviolet (UV) 3 stage filtration system. For your convenience, trash service is provided twice a week. A new solar system was installed in the fall of 2021 that provides electricity if there is an island wide outage.

For guests’ convenience, we provide eight beach chairs, multiple coolers as well as an assortment of snorkel masks and fins. There is ample space to fit multiple cars in the driveway.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

This property is featured on HGTV's Caribbean Life - season 14 episode 11 - ‘Trading New England Cold for St. John Sun’.

The home is very well stocked with everything you can need or want on vacation. We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far the best equipped. I do feel like some things could be updated particularly the mattresses. The location was great, close to markets as well as some beautiful beaches.

Great house

Everything was as described in the listing. There were no surprises. The views of Fish Bay were spectacular and the outdoor space was great for happy hours or family dinners. The number and size of the doors made the ocean breezes so pleasant. The kitchen had everything you need and the location was a reasonable drive to the restaurants in Cruz Bay and all the beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families

It went above and beyond our needs. Locations was perfect. Everyone had their own room and shower (one upstairs shower has no light so the guest had to shower in the dark) and the bidet didn’t work. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evening after day on the beach. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with, and beach chairs to take to the beach. I would recommend this place for large families. (We had 5 adults and 2 children under 5). Enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking Fish Bay.

Great location

Nice size house. Each bedroom with king size bed and private bathrooms. Very convenient. Also additional half bathroom in living room area. Plenty of doors open to allow fresh air and circulation in the main living areas where there is no a.c. happy with pur stay!

Family of 8 Vacation Stay

A great place to stay for our family of 8. Overall spacious and great location, tons of useful outdoor space and good pool ( a little small for the size of the house). Upon arrival was fairly clean but the sheets on all beds seemed very worn and not very clean. Dryer broke on second week of our stay and was not fixed before we left. Was a huge perk that each bedroom had their own bathroom and the view was beautiful. Quick drive to town yet house was on a fairly quiet and peaceful street. Overall we loved our trip!

Otherwise Nice Stay

Beautiful setting and views overlooking Fish bay. Perfect for morning coffee and sunrises. Easy ten-minute drive to town for groceries or dinner out. Beaches and hikes all easy drives as well. Home has a beachy lived-in feel but was perfectly comfortable. Also well-equipped with beach chairs and towels. Only complaint was the water went out the last night. Property manager to his credit rushed over and tried to fix it but couldn’t. Next morning still no water and no communication from manager. It was finally restored by 10am which was the time we were supposed to vacate. We would have liked to stayed an extra hour and enjoyed some running water before heading home, a shower, some coffee, flushing the toilet, but with no response from the property manager we left as required.

Amazing View

We never tire of the amazing view from this home and deck, you feel like you are on the water. This is our sixth time renting this beautiful home. The home is exactly as shown on VRBO. Every time we come they have added something new. This rental is close to town and the beaches. I love all the added touches like complimentary food from the North Shore Deli, flowers a fully stocked kitchen. We love being able to grill out steaks from the Star Fish Market. The pool is so nice and refreshing in the evening under the stars. This home never disappoints.

Great house and location

First the location is excellent. I got caught up in the distance to Cruz bay and read reviews stating it’s a 10 minute drive. It takes no time at all to drive back at night. In fact, it’s just far enough to feel out of Cruz bay without it being far at all from the shops and restaurants. The house has a great Caribbean feel and the whole family loved it. So many nice touches. View is great and the star gazing is excellent. They had coolers and chairs as well as a tent, all that is needed for beach days. Smart tv has all the streaming services and wifi was strong. Pool was was great to cool off after beaching and the breezes keep the main level cool. We are ready to book again.

Perfect Location

We had a great time staying at the house. The location is perfect and the views cannot be beat. The house is stocked w all that you need: coolers, chairs, snorkeling equipment, water bottles, etc. The winds were perfect, we sat outside every night and saw multiple shooting stars. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back!

Beautiful home base for a week of exploring!

My family of four stayed at Beija Flor. We enjoy a good balance of hanging out by the pool, relaxing at the beach, and checking out the bars and restaurants in town. Beija Flor was the perfect home base. We love the way all the doors of the house open up to allow a gorgeous breeze, and the views are SPECTACULAR. The pool is a great size, just big enough to swim around a little bit. The house also came with everything we could need: coozies, coolers, chairs, water bottles, etc etc etc. The drive to Cruz bay was about 8 minutes which was great for us. Overall 10/10 stay.
