The Space:
You will love this spacious home. Equipped with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, and space for 6 people, this home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The two queen bedrooms have memory foam mattresses you can sink yourself into for maximum comfort and a peaceful sleep. Privacy shades are included for every window.

The Finch House has all of the amenities you would want in your home away from home, including lightning fast Wi-Fi, washer / dryer, and a full kitchen.

Enjoy time on the backdoor patio, which features outdoor seating and a bbq grill hooked directly into the home's natural gas.

Conveniently located in the heart of St. James with proximity to nearby river ways, Maramec Spring Park, Old Route 66, the St. James Golf Course, and numerous local wineries. Located right very close to St. James High School. Approximately 100 miles from St. Louis International Airport, 35 miles from Ft. Leonard Wood, and 120 miles from Springfield, Missouri.

Check in is 3PM and check out is at 10AM. So that our cleaning service can properly prepare the home for the next guests, we are RARELY able to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please book additional day if you foresee you will need different times.

Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more.

We try to make things as easy as possible, but since this is an actual home we do not have an on call staff to take care of certain things such as taking trash to the dumpster and bringing it back.

This is a pet free home. This way we can keep the home as clean as possible and make it safe for those with allergies to animals.
