Relax at Club Villas. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a screened in porch will make your stay comfortable and as relaxing as you want to be.

There is an inviting swimming pool on the other side off the parking lot. There are miles of beautiful walking and biking trails within the community of St James. Also, within the confines of this gated community you will find a park and playground located near the marina.

As a renter you can enjoy the private St. James Beach Club on Oak Island where you can swim in the ocean or pool. Bathrooms and changing rooms are also available using the code number ****.Enjoy a cup of coffee morning sitting in the screened-in porch while looking out over the serene back yard area, edged with large shade trees, and visited often by neighboring wildlife. Nestled among its lush surroundings, St. James Plantation is also the home of four Championship courses, designed by legends Nicklaus Design, P.B. Dye, Hale Erwin, and Tim Cate, featuring 81-holes of golfing perfection.

Later in the afternoon, you might enjoy an outing at one of the plantation's large scenic parks or take advantage of the 36+ miles of lush walking and biking trails. Go for a swim at the club pool within walking distance from our villa or take a short drive down to the Beach Club, "St. James By the Sea" located at nearby Oak Island. Pack a picnic and dine while you're there, as you watch the sun set over the ocean.

If adventure is more your thing, why not head over to Oak Island and tour the lighthouse there or take a magnificent ferry ride from Deep Point Marina over to Bald Head Island and climb the "Old Baldy" lighthouse for yourself. Enjoy breath-taking views of the entire island from the top! Or you can explore the island by foot, bicycle, or by golf cart, the uniquely standard methods of travel on the island.

If you prefer a more tranquil evening, take a stroll along the quaint shops of Historic Southport. Visit the Christmas House. Dine at the famous Provision Company or Fishy Fishy Café, which was featured in the Nicholas Sparks movie, "Safe Haven". Then grab an ice cream cone and relax on a swing along the shoreline of Southport Pier and Riverwalk, as you watch the ships go by.

The unit was in great condition and very clean. Everything needed for cooking was available in the kitchen. It is a beautiful condo annd area. The nearby pool and the beach club provided hours of fun with our granddaughter.

The Villa was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with anything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and St James Plantation has beautiful homes and grounds. We loved the pool which is where we were all 3 days. The host Daryl was easy to reach and answered all our questions very promptly. We hope to make this an annual trip and hope to stay at this villa again. Southport is a beautiful town and we enjoyed visiting. Thank you for making this trip so memorable!

St James is a beautiful gated community where this condo is located. The condo was very nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable which was important to us since we have back issues. The pool is extremely convenient as well. The screened in porch looked out into some woods and at night the

This condo was great for our family. We used the pool in the neighborhood and had dinner at the marina in St. James. We cooked breakfast each day, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The pool for St. James at the beach on Oak Island is currently closed for construction, but the bathrooms there are still accessible.

We've stayed in lots of places, but this one tops them all. Everything in the condo is sparkling and welcoming, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful linens for bed and bath. We enjoyed taking morning walks through the beautiful neighborhood and spent hours on the screened porch watching bluebirds visit their nest. Southport is a charming small town without the frantic or crowded spaces typical of other resort towns. Every restaurant we tried had great service and food. Nearby Holden Beach is worth a visit---unspoiled beach that stretches forever. Perhaps the best part of our stay was how very, very quiet the condo and neighborhood are. Daryl is an excellent host!

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom condo in a beautiful 5000 acre golf community. Available beach club only 10 minutes away. Enjoyed the nice eateries in Southport, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere of southern living in NC.

We went to a wedding on St James property. The location for this condo was perfect and centrally located in the neighborhood. Condo was clean and everything was ready for our arrival. The AC works great. The pool across the parking lot was perfect for the hot weekend. We were the only people there for an hour or so each day. Very quiet condo. We would book it again for a long weekend trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. I was very familiar with St James as my parents used to live there. The pool at the condo was great! We LOVED the beach club pool and beach. Oak island and Provisions especially. The condo was so pretty. Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect. Daryl was very quick in answering any questions. I can’t recommend this condo enough. We’d love to go back

Loved the safety, cleanliness, and modern villa. The screened in balcony was so nice for morning coffee and evening reading. It took us a couple days to figure out the access to the beach through use of the offsite St. James clubhouse. But now that we know, we plan to return. Not crowded at all. I definitely recommend this property.

The Villa we walked into was beyond what I had imagined. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean & has the comforts of home with all the amenities. The living room furnishings were very comfortable and their placement in the room was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and YouTube! Towels and bath linens were pristine and smelled nice and fresh, as were bed linens, which was so welcome after a long drive across NC. The master bed was more comfortable than my own at home, and provided for deep rest! Beautiful and safe neighborhood!

We had the most relaxing week ever! The condo is lovely…comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, everything we needed to feel at home. There was even a pot for my husband’s grits…which he has to have almost every morning, and a pot large enough for our steam pot, which we enjoyed on the screened in porch. And Daryl was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to go back!!!
