This Villa features a Unique Option with the 3rd Bedroom as a “Lockout” or Attached Studio Suite. There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. This Studio Bedroom features a Queen Bed, Closet/Dresser, Bath (Tub/Shower), Bistro Table & a Kitchenette with Microwave, under the counter Refrigerator, Toaster & Drip Coffee Maker. All 3 Bedrooms have a Yogasleep Dohm White Noise Sound Machine with Soothing Ambient Sounds of Rushing Air. In the Main Villa there is a Laundry Closet with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer & an Iron/Ironing Board.

With the Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Open Concept, everyone gets to be together while enjoying their own activities. The Living Area gets Natural Light from the Sliding Glass Door to the Balcony. With 2 Sofas & a Chair, there is Plenty of Comfortable Seating to watch your favorite shows or a movie on the Large Screen Smart TV with YouTube TV Extended Cable. The Large Coffee Table is the place to put together a Puzzle or play one of the Several Games provided. The Gas Fireplace easily gives you Ambiance any time of year. I had my 80 year old parents with me and the stairs were much steeper than I realized. 30 steps to get to the 3rd floor and while I loved the lay out and decor of the condo, the stairs were taxing to say the least. Everything else was great, great view and perfect location. Just keep the steps in mind if you are traveling with older people.

Had a wonderful stay here in St. James. The condo was updated and had the most beautiful view of the marina. We felt safe in the neighborhood and didn’t feel the need to go out and explore much considering our place we stayed was so nice. Beach was very close and any times we had questions it was extremely easy to send a quick text to get an answer. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This was an extreamly disappointing stay. From the start, communication from the host was poor. Golf and the indoor pool were supposed to be included but it wasnt. The beach club and outdoor pool were supposed to be included but they weren't. To top off the stay, we were watching tv in the living room one evening and the largest cocaroach we have ever seen ran across the floor. The host did nothing to accomodate us. False adverising and unclean. They provided 1 roll of toilet paper per person for 8 days, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dish detergent pod and 2 laundry pods. They provided 1 hotel sized shampoo and 1 hotel sized conditioner in total and 1 towel per person. Save your money and book somewhere else. This host should not be in business because hospitality is not their calling.

Peaceful marina location with the nice views. Good walking, close to golf and grocery shopping. Short drives to Southport and Oak Island. Needs a thorough cleaning; cleaning service not adequate.

Great view, convenient to the Marina Restaurant. Rental decor was nice, my suggestion would be kitchen towels used to many paper towels. Gift bag was helpful provided necessities to start the vacation off without running to the store. I recommend this rental and would rent again.
