  • Just a 4 mile drive to downtown St Ignace and Mackinac Island ferries. All new furnishings including queen beds beginning summer of 2022. Located less than 1 mile to adjacent snowmobile and ATV trails via the Castle Rock Trail Head. Enjoy the open floor plan, large deck and yard. Easy access off I-75 and room to park trailer.

    Simple ranch home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down. Refurnished June of 2022 . Large deck with outdoor seating lending itself to enjoying U.P. afternoons in the sun and evenings under the stars.

    Kitchen provides space and equipment needed to make a quick meal, including pots and pans, cutting boards, and sharp knives.

Castle Rock House

My family and I had a great experience staying at Castle Rock, the location is very convenient and quite, and close to great attractions. This location meet our family needs and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard! I would highly recommend this for a vacation spot!

Very nice and clean. No central air, but they have a window unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms to help with heat. Would definitely stay again.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do—golf, Mackinac ferry, casino, restaurants, etc. Easy on, easy off I-75. The home was very clean, ideal with having 4 bedrooms with queen beds, cozy and kitchen was well stocked with essentials we needed for cooking. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. Fall Color Getaway

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway to see the Fall colors. We took a day trip to Sault St. Marie and a day on Mackinac Island. It was close to the highway and town but in a nice, quiet area. We were pleased.

Great House

Perfect location to everything and was a jump off to our stay in Mackinac Island. House had air conditioning which we greatly appreciated during the hot spell of our stay. Perfect for dogs with lots of space to walk them.

Perfect spot for our trip!

This house was perfect for our trip! There was more than enough space our group of 6. We really enjoyed the coffee provided by the hosts and the grill on site was very convenient! The location is so close to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were great and we would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead end. Good size backyard to hang out. Would have rated 4 stars but was disappointed that there was no grill despite the pics on VRBO showing a grill and the welcome packet stating there was a grill.

Absolutely awesome and met all our needs

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay and enjoy Mackinac Island. Quick and easy access to St. Ignace with all it has to offer, including charters to the island. Home is absolutely adorable. Owners were great with communication, answering any questions that we had. Super accommodating! Would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

The house was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.The location was a little out of the way. Having four bedrooms and one bathroom was not ideal, but that was in the listing. I would suggest having curtains on the sliding glass door. At night it seemed to lack privacy.

Great Out of the Way Getaway

Our group of 4 ladies slept well and enjoyed this quiet neighborhood just outside the main thoroughfare near Castle Rock. It was clean, and had just what we needed for a quick 2 night stop. A smooth 3 minute drive from all the main docks for cruising to Mackinac. Owners were friendly and knew about about the UP.
