Sunny Escapes Getaway - Your spacious home away from home!

Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you can spend your vacation in our spacious (1,060 sq ft) two bedroom condo? This condo has a comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom and a full sized bed and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom has double sinks. It is stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home including a washer/dryer, coffee maker, crock pot, iron and ironing board, etc. You will be comfortable for a weekend or a month long stay.
It is located at the family friendly Sports Village Resort. We are located in beautiful St. George, Utah, renowned for its amazing scenery, hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and national parks! Bring your ATV for some great riding too!

Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large heated Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.
-Full-size Tennis Courts
-Pickle ball Courts
-Workout Room
-Jogging Paths, Shuffleboard and Playground
-Full Court Basketball
-2 Full-size Racquetball Courts

Anasazi Trail, green valley, Gooseberry Mesa, etc.
Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.
Come stay with us in beautiful St. George, Utah. This is where the summer sun spends the winter.

The place was nice. I wish the pans were a little nicer to cook with but they worked for a short weekend trip. The amenities are nice and the pool was warm enough to swim early in the season.

The condo was very clean. The price was very fair just not sure we would stay again because it was loud. Maybe just not the best insulation in the condo units. Also it is very dark and dated. Becky had many board games though, we really liked that!

Would absolutely stay here again!! The beds were SO comfortable, neighborhood felt safe, pool and hot tub were a quick walk across the grass and so worth it! Condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Generous amount of space. We loved it. Thank you!!

Two bedroom condo in St George

Check in was very easy. It is in a great location to hikes and places to eat in St George. It is a Sports Village so there is basketball, shufffle board, volleyball, nice heated pool. My husband swam laps every morning and said he was very comfortable in the pool. We mainly did different hikes each day and they all were nor to far away. There is a small kitchen that was plenty for us. We ate breakfast in and ate out for a late lunch/dinner. Nice size bathroom with plenty of towels. Comfortable sitting in living room. We had to call Becky about microwave and she got somebody over to the condo quick.I guess the two things that should have some attention is the carpet needs cleaning. The king size bed is kind of funky especially on the right side. It is like you are in a hole.We would recommend to stay here and would go back again.

Great stay

The property is in a convenient location, close to restaurants and the freeway. Kitchen was fully equipped and so was the bathroom. The king bed is a little funky, but we ended sleeping great. The living room feels a little dark even during the day with the blinds open. Wish the shower head was a little bit better, but it was good pressure and temperature still. The pack n play crib was great. lots of towels and spare pillows/blankets. we'd stay here again.
