"Taking Flight" is an opulent 4,311 square foot home situated on the lush Golf Course of the Ledges of St George. Named after a bronze sculpture by Utah Artist Dennis Smith, this impeccably decorated residence exudes unsurpassed luxury. The house boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, featuring 6 king-sized bedrooms, 2 master suites with expansive views, and an additional 2 double bunks. This setup ensures that "Taking Flight" can comfortably accommodate a variety of group sizes.

The residence is adorned with fine antiques, original art, and oriental carpets, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. Every conceivable upgrade is incorporated, including HDTVs in every room. The light-filled gourmet kitchen showcases quartz countertops, a large sink, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and full-sized appliances. The open floor plan includes a living room with a gas fireplace, large butted glass view windows overlooking the golf course, serene bedrooms, and a spacious downstairs family TV area.

Outdoor amenities at "Taking Flight" include a 15-foot swim spa with a privacy fence, a firepit, outdoor dining, a BBQ, and an entertaining area. The ambiance is enhanced by double pergolas with lights and two spacious covered patios on the main and terrace levels. The presence of a separate entrance and a private Casita further elevates the exclusivity and privacy of this remarkable residence.

A gracious luxurious home. Everything and more that appears in the listing. Well stocked kitchen which made preparing Thanksgiving dinner very easy. Spacious. Our family of 8 were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect home for our visit!

Spectacular house & location

The house was as advertised - beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen perfectly stocked, Every bed was comfortable and the 10 of us had plenty of space to be together and also go off separately. The views are spectacular and the amenities in the complex were great.

Everything worked great. Plenty of rooms and towels. Hot tub was fun. Pickle ball courts nearby. Easy drive to local hiking or Zion. Worked out very well for our group.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Taking Flight was the perfect home to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. There were 14 of us including 4 teenagers. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and had a big enough kitchen and patio for us all to eat together. The home is modern, beautiful and stocked with anything and everything we could have possibly needed. The location is excellent, close to hiking, shopping and only 2 hours from Bryce Canyon. We loved our stay!

Wonderful!

We reserved Taking Flight for a family reunion for our kids and grandkids. It was perfect for our needs - plenty of gathering spaces and room to spread out. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck, but beware of errant golf balls! Several landed in the back yard while we were there. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely decorated and appointed. We enjoyed the swim spa and firepit. We spent a lot of time in Snow Canyon, and this was a perfect location to access the canyon from. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great hot tub/ swim spa, nice neighborhood. Will be great when tennis courts and clubhouse are built out. Little bit of a drive to town and groceries but definitely doable. Would definitely visit here again.

Beautiful home!

This home was wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend the area and this property. For those planning to visit, below is a list of the pros and cons to consider: PROS - Everything was exceptionally clean inside and out. - Gorgeous entryway, furnishings, rooms, and kitchen area. - Nice views from the backyard and within the neighborhood. - Close to the highway, shopping, gym, and scenic bike trail. - Hot tub was functioning and huge!! - Outdoor fire pit and seating was comfortable and nice. Smores sticks were provided! - The home smelled clean and brand new - Notes around the house were helpful and welcoming - Owners provided everything you thought you would need and then some (spices, ziplock bags, chip clips, cleaning supplies, etc.) - High quality appliances - Landscaping outside was well maintained and beautiful - Provided board games for the family! Loved that! - Grand piano was a nice touch. Loved having music in the home. - So many dishes and towels!!! - 6th room was separate from the rest of the home, which is perfect for someone wanting their own space. Included a fridge, microwave, and full bath. - Large walk-in showers with hot water! - Fans in all the rooms. - Home was decorated with beautiful antiques. (Might not be suitable for families with active little ones). CONS - Light comes through thin window shades in all the bedrooms. Great if you like waking up with the sun - not so great for sleeping in. ;) - New construction next door, but the sound was minimal since the work was being done inside the property.
