The space
More than a home away from home, The Crux is your base to relax and rejuvenate with many amenities and tons of indoor/outdoor space for the entire family. Three stories provide ample shared and private spaces for multiple families to spend quality time together.

Centrally located, 15 minutes to either Snow Canyon or Downtown St. George with grocery stores a quick, 5 minute drive.

The main floor offers a great-room concept with a fully stocked kitchen for entertaining friends and family. Spread around the large dining table and counter seating inside as well as the picnic table for alfresco gatherings under the stars. The kitchen is equipped with many small appliances, ample quality cookware and meal prep items. K-cups of various coffee and non-caffeinated drinks are provided. When not entertaining downstairs, watch the games on our 75 inch TVs with access to local channels and ESPN+. Keep the kids entertained on the 3rd floor with their own TV for Disney movies and video games.

Ground floor patio extends the indoor dining area with a second outdoor table. A Kamado grill and BBQ utensils at the ready.

5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths offer privacy and personal temp control in each room. The middle floor boasts 3 king-sized master suites with ensuite bathrooms. Top floor consists of a game room, 2 bedrooms and a large dual vanity bathroom and a bathtub. A queen sized 4th bedroom offers a pack and play and co-sleeper bassinet. The 5th room contains dual bunkbeds for the kids with a plush beanbag & giant teddy bear for story time.

The top floor game room extends to two large decks with views of the distant mountains. Our game room features a 75 inch TV, full sized classic arcade console, foosball and Wii. Or, unplug and enjoy our many boardgames and puzzles. For movie night, we offer popcorn and an iMac with a library of over 1000 movies, many not available on streaming services, that can be played on any one of the 6 TVs .

The community offers a year-round heated pool and jacuzzi, 2 pickle ball courts (with basketball hoop) and a playground with climbing rock and sandbox. We’ve got you covered with the equipment and toys to enjoy all of it.

Currently our one-car garage has room for your bikes and toys only. There is room for two cars on the driveway. Shared parking also available on a first-come, first-take basis in the center of the complex.

• Guests may be asked to take in/out the trash and reycle bins to/from the street.

· Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or around the house, including balconies.

· Please remove shoes upon entering as the red dirt is very difficult to clean.
Other things to note
Some of the best mountain bike and ATV trails are a 5 minute ride away in Green Valley. Want more indoor fitness activities like roller skating and specialty gyms? The BeMore Complex is a 5 minute walk that offers The RinQ, The Grip Ninja Warrior, Nets on Fire, and several other fun amenities like a small outdoor putting green and a restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating

When not tackling the trails, store your bikes and ATVs in the garage. 2 tandem parking spaces on the driveway with communal overflow parking offered on first come basis. Oversized and trailer parking are possible within a 5 minute walk to Gap Canyon Road.
