This home is CENTRALLY located, allowing ease of access to Zion National Park (45 mins), Sand Hollow Park (10 mins), Dixie National Forest (15 mins), The Grand Canyon (2 hrs), Bryce Canyon (2hrs), Gooseberry Mesa(10 mins), or hike beautiful Confluence Park, just a 5 minute walk from the home.
    VIEWS, VIEWS & more VIEWS!!! Views of Zion National Park, Pine Valley, Confluence Park, Smith Mesa, and Gooseberry Mesa can be enjoyed from every room in the home! Large tinted picture windows add privacy while admiration of the views. The home also has adequate space for RV parking with water access. The home is new construction, giving it a nice, clean, new feeling one would expect and enjoy.

Stayed here with a few friends while visiting Zion and it was an absolutely amazing house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from anything you would need or want to do and the hot springs being 4 minutes away was the cherry on top! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a group trip to Zion! Everything was as described and very clean! Host was very communicative and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Zion!

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood Communication was great with clear instructions on entry and parking etc House was clean and ready to use Was just a couple so lots of room Came down for a week of UTV riding Room for the trailer and parking in the garage for the pickup and buggy was nice

House was clean and had all the basics we needed to start our trip. Location was great with several stores close by. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Room layout worked well for us.
