The Las Palmas community features a large outdoor lap pool, indoor lap pool, small children's pool, 2 hot tubs, basketball courts, pickleball courts, life-size chess, ping pong tables, miniature golf, and picnic tables, and more! Access includes a clubhouse as well as restrooms, showers, a lounge area with a TV, and a fitness center with equipment. This community DOES NOT ALLOW RV and trailer parking. Great Condo

Condo is in great condition. The kitchen is well stocked. Great place to stay especially for young kids. There is a playground and pool that they can have fun with.

Very Pleasant!

This is a very nice condo in a beautiful location with great amenities. We loved how well stocked and organized the kitchen was. It had every thing you could possibly need. Lots of space and a beautiful patio overlooking the pool. The PPM was very responsive.

Upon entering we noticed how clean and spacious the condo was. Everything was laid out perfectly; plenty of kitchen amenities; it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms (1 for each couple); communication excellent; location excellent.

Spacious, clean, open floor plan.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Right next to the pool and hot tub. Easy to get to our kids’ sports facilities. Liked the spacious feel of the condo. The pull-out couch was broken, but everything else was great.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is right by one of the three pools in Las Palmas. This condo is on the back end so it’s really quiet and less busy than the main part of Las Palmas. We booked this condo with VRBO but is managed by Red Rock Vacations and they are amazing with the communication! There was a mix up with the bedding because VRBO didn’t have an updated listing but it all worked out. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Space

Property is really nice. The complex is a bit outdated but dont let that fool you. The grounds are well maintained! The home is well equipped with all the essentials. The only real issue we had was streaming different apps on TV. The router is in the master so getting a good connection was frustrating however the wifi was great, such an odd thing. We didn’t go to the pools but there were several families at every pool. Definitely a family environment!

Splendid, Clean, Comfortable

This condo was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing and cooking food. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a rental that was cleaner than this one. The only downside is that the family pool sits directly behind the condo, so it was noisy until 10 pm.

Great accommodations!

This unit is very spacious and nicely updated. It has been beautifully decorated and was extremely well equipped. We didn’t want for anything and were very comfortable. The unit overlooks the “family” pool and a play area. There were lots of children having a good time. At least it stopped at 10 each night when the pool closed. It wasn’t the peaceful, relaxing evening we were anticipating on our vacation. Next time we will look for accommodations further away from a pool and play area.

Fun Stay

The kids love the pools and the condo was nice and clean. The fold out bed is not comfortable but it is about what you expect from a fold out bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
