St. George is known for over 300 days of sunshine a year. The city is always ready for your vacation and so is this condo. With its cool surfing decor, your vacation will be a breeze in this home. Swim away your worries at the pool this condo looks over. Surrounded by beautiful views, and the sight of the immaculate Pine Valley Mountain just outside the door, this home is perfect for your vacation. With an open floor plan, this condo can comfortably sleep ten and is kid-friendly, making it perfect for family reunions and events. Enjoy the modern fully-stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with two extra hide-a-beds, a large laundry room, and high-end bedding in each room. Completely furnished and stocked, we've thought through the small details, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free.

This property is located in the Freedom Village Community and includes access to the clubhouse, pool, spa, gym, and more. We are conveniently located in the St. George area, with many restaurants, golf courses, spas, museums, theaters, and shopping centers nearby. Just minutes away from hundreds of picturesque hikes, we are in the perfect location for an active vacation or for unwinding and relaxation.

Visit the historic downtown in St. George, one of the many nearby golf courses, or one of the four state parks surrounding us. The nearby state parks include Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Gunlock State Park. Conveniently located off a major road, we are the gateway to multiple national parks. While here, visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the Grand Canyon National Park.

With such a favorable location, this condo is the ideal vacation spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was great, the condo was beautiful and in a great location and the hot tub was hot! The only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Quick Cousin trip

I wanted to get my grandkids together. I have a daughter that moved to Washington in May with her 4 kids. I was watching some other grandkids and decided to get them all together. They had a great time and it was fun for all. The house was perfect.

Great condo!

The condo itself is amazing. It was very comfortable and clean. The location is close to St. George but far enough outside that it’s not in the hustle and bustle of traffic. The pool area and pickle ball court are also nice and the condo is located quite close… which is a blessing and a bother. The close access is wonderful but the noise from the court and the pool gate slamming can get irritating. It wouldn’t be so bad if the pool gate’s sound could be reduced.

Lovely new vacation home community 15 mins from downtown St. George

Easy to find, new, clean vacation rental community. Property has pool, gym & pickelball. Rental unit was very clean & organized (even labeled!); equipped with everything you'd need during your stay (pool towels, pickelball racquets & balls, games, foot stools, pillows, throws, washer dryer, etc.). Communication with Freedom Village was excellent, I would definitely recommend this property AND stay here again.

Wonderful location!

The condo was better than expected! We had everything that we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated and we felt so comfortable and at home. Our favorite part was the pool and the hot tub. The weather was a little chilly, but the pool was the perfect temperature for the kids to swim and for the adults to relax in the hot tub. The little kids enjoyed the playground. We were at a perfect location within the complex as we were right next to the pickle ball court and pool access. The grill was also conveniently located right outside our unit. Parking at times was a little difficult, but we managed. We will definitely rent again.

Great spot for a little getaway. Unit was very convenient to pool and playground. Largerv than it appears from the pictures. I couldnt believe they even had a few pool toys. Messaged about availability of high chair with no response, but would stay again.

Beautiful place!

We really loved this house! Clean, pretty, stocked kitchen! Beds were so cozy. So many towels and pool towels! Door lock needs repairing. We struggled with that a few times. One paddle for pickleball was broken. But other than that it was a great stay!!! We would for sure go back to this place again.

Excellent place

I rented this place for me and my three kids (plus one of my kid's friends) for the weekend for a dance competition in St. George. It was perfect. It's immaculate and beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There were two couches in the living room, both with pull-out beds, which was great for my son. There is also a half-bathroom so he and some friends we had over one night didn't need to go through anyone's bedroom to use the bathroom. It was great for entertaining with lots of seating at the dining table and kitchen counter. There was not one thing we needed that wasn't provided. If you are a regular coffee drinker, they have a Keurig and provide three pods, so you will want to pick up more at the store. The pool and hot tub were great. We didn't use the pickleball court, but could tell that many guests really enjoyed it. It's a little ways away from St. George, but everywhere we needed to go was only about a 12-minute drive (Lin's grocery store is a 6-minute drive) with no traffic, so it was actually nice to not be constantly fighting St. George traffic. The door takes a little practice--my kids mastered it before I did. Overall, it was outstanding and the friends we had over for dinner one night indicated they would like to do the same thing next year, as opposed to the hotel the chose.

Clean and what was expected

Beautiful place, clean and nicely decorated. Pool, playground and court were very well maintained. We even used the communal bbq that was in good working order. Very nice, would stay again.

Quick trip, great property

Had a little rough start with the door code, but the team was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. Clean, well organized. The pool and squash courts are right out the front door, so there is some noise when people are out having fun.

Our new favorite St. George rental!

We take a yearly weekend trip to St. George to escape the cold winter. Of all the places we've stayed, this is definitely our favorite! The property was beautiful and quiet. The condo was meticulously clean. The pool was nice and warm, and the oversize hot tub meant multiple groups could use it without feeling cramped. There was only one thing that we didn't love: The shower heads are pathetic. There was just no water pressure in the shower. Other than that, we loved everything about this place. We will definitely be back!
