The pros--nice layout with semi-private patio, fireplace, sitting area, large bathroom, jetted tub, two tv's and comfortable bed.
The cons-paper thin walls. We heard everything next door (and I mean everything!). HVAC was very loud, but worked ok. Pool area was loud at times. Most tenants were respectful of the quiet hours but the ones next to us were very disrespectful of those hours. Interior layout was good but some areas were well worn (broken tiles, dents in the wall, & no front door seal strip).
Neutral- plenty of parking, but kind of far away. Facility in pictures looks newer, but actual is older than we anticipated.
