  • Welcome to Southwest Basecamp, a spacious 1,812 sq ft villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a serene retreat.

    Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

    Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family rooms.

It is a beautiful property and had some fun features like the game area kids and the balcony patio. Some great walking paths on the golf course. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house itself is nice but not for someone who has trouble with stairs. Had fun and enjoyed our stay.
