Newly furnished gorgeous property with plenty of room to spread out for large or multiple family gatherings. 4 bedroom/4 bathroom town home located 36 miles from Zion National Park and 13 miles from Sand Hollow Reservoir. Scenic hiking and biking trails just steps outside the door with Red Cliffs National Conservation Area only 1.5 miles away. Or step out the door for a dip in the heated community pool and hot tub. With two large living areas, there is plenty of room to relax from your day’s adventures. Equipped with 5 flat screen smart TV’s, as well as plenty of games and game table, there is something to do for everyone. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with seating for 10 (including 4 at the bar) in the dining room. Additional table and 8 seats located on patio equipped with a gas grill and double propane tanks. At the end of the day, 4 large bedrooms with 4 bathrooms can sleep up to 10. Adult bedrooms have plush Purple mattresses and light duvets for the most comfortable nights sleep no matter the season. Fourth bedroom with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds and trundle are furnished with new mattresses and luxury bedding.

Great house in perfect location

I was looking for a house that had 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms for adults - and this was it - with another bedroom as a bunk room, which we did not use. Most rental houses seemed to have 2 bedrooms and a bunk room. I was not interested in a bunk room - but this house met our needs perfectly. The location is great - easy on/off freeway access away from the hectic part of Washington. We enjoyed the pool area, the spacious garage, double refrigerators, loft area and other amenities. Two bedrooms on the main level was nice as well. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing Rental

This is our second time staying here & we love it! We came here for a dance competition & will be back next year. The pool/hot tub is just a short walk down the street…and it’s heated! My girls loved the bunk room. There are lots of trails nearby for running or biking. We love this rental!

Great house and location

This was such a great house for our extended family to be together for Thanksgiving! The pool was nice and warm so we could enjoy it even with it being cold outside. The only downfall was the microwave was broke. But the house was nice and clean and the beds were very comfy!

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay- we all fit perfectly. And Toni was great to answer our questions and help us out. Loved that it was close to the pool and our other sight seeing plans. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice house

The house was well stocked, had all the necessary items and a few extras. Games to play. Nice pool. House was very clean. The only suggestion I have is: a maintenance crew needs to go through and tightened all the screws in all the kitchen chairs. Three of them had loose screws to the point we didn't dare use them and we didn't have an Allen wrench to fix them. Toni was great to answer all of my questions. I would stay there again

Everything was so nice. Beds are super comfortable and the house is very spacious with plenty of room for all! The patio is in the back and so evening sun does not effect you. Was able to enjoy dinner on the patio with the family. Would definitely choose this property again!

Beautiful Rental

We had the best weekend staying here! The home is beautiful & a short distance from the community pool. There are great trails nearby for running or biking. The neighborhood is quiet & well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! We’re already planning our next time to come back:)

Great Place

We spent a few days before Christmas as a family here. Was a great place for all of us. The 4 bathrooms were a plus. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. The kids loved swimming in heated pool on Christmas Day. We will stay here again. Is close to everything especially my daughters home. We had a great Christmas together. We loved having master bedroom on main floor for us senior couple. The upstairs loft was big enough for all 9 adults and 6 kids to be together for games and opening presents. The large bunk room with trundle bed was great for my grandkids.

Beautiful, Comfortable and Equipped.

This property is so amazing. The beds are the best we have had to date. The fully stocked kitchen was super helpful. Everything we could have asked for was just right there and available. Swim towels and toys made it so we didn't have to bring those things. We went to Zions and Snow Canyon, so close by. After the days of hiking the pool and hot tub were so wonderful. We will definitely be trying to stay here again.

Amazing condo

We were very impressed with the layout, decor, and cleanliness. I have stayed in a few condos through VRBO and this one exceeded my expectation. The kitchen was also well stocked. We will for sure stay again!!!

The home is located within a few minutes drive of St. George. Home and community are well maintained and very friendly neighborhood. We were totally pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I will for this place. The owners have clearly put a lot of work into making you feel welcome. The house was very clean, the hot water heater was fantastic, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we appreciated the coffee bar and multiple appliances that are available for grilling/cooking. Perfect location if you are traveling to Zion, or anywhere in southern Utah. Well deserved 5 star rating, we would highly recommend this place. Thanks so much.

Wonderful!

This property was the perfect size for our family to be able to spend quality time together, yet also have plenty of space to spread out and relax. We loved the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, and the upstairs lounge area was a great space for our teenage kids to hang out and relax.

Fantastic home for fantastic getaways!!!

Fantastic property for a fantastic getaway! It's close to Zion Nat. Park and St.George and Great freeway access close by to go anywhere you needed. Great space in the house for our group of married friends and kids. We all had our own rooms with super comfy beds and private bathrooms and we had room to spare! The house had everything we needed for cooking etc. The host was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions and gave excellent suggestions of nearby attractions. Simply put we loved it and we will definitely stay here again!
