  • Red Cliff Sunset is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that overlooks the neighborhood pool, hot tub & pickleball courts. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

    Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

    The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Great getaway

This was a lovely home, fully equipped and ideally located for access to Snow Canyon. Highly recommend the Ledges for it's amenities and beauty. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

We loved our stay in the condo at The Ledges. Everything seemed new and in working order. Wonderful decor and a well-stocked kitchen. We would stay here again.

Wonderful desert oasis

This location was perfect for our group of 10 people. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. The home have a very modern luxurious feel. Right next to the community pool. Everything we could have asked for. Will 100% be staying here again when we come to St George.

Gorgeous hone near Snow Canyon State Park

Our family met at this beautiful condo to spend Christmas week together. What a treat! The condo was well equipped, clean, quiet with plenty of space for us to spread out yet be together. Already thinking of coming back next Christmas!

We loved our stay!! Convenient location, out of town but close enough. Quiet friendly community. Awesome pool, conveniently located. Had everything we needed. Great size for a family of seven. property manager was awesome to work with. Can’t say enough good things! We will for sure be staying here again when we come into town!!
