"Poolside Paradise" is a luxurious 2,692 sq ft villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, equipped with top-notch amenities including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a comfortable retreat for relaxation.

Whether you prefer unwinding in the contemporary-style bedrooms, spending time on the partially covered outdoor patio, or enjoying family moments in one of the two family/recreation rooms, "Poolside Paradise" caters to your every need.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this villa is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. The surrounding area offers a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, ATV trails, rock climbing, and rappelling. Additionally, guests can marvel at the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that encapsulate The Ledges.

Great home and amenities. Located perfectly in between downtown and Tuachan. Both of which we visited! We were a group of 13 and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great! Not super busy and pretty decent sized! We also liked that there were some pool toys at the pool. We wished there was one more bathroom for the big bunkbed room, but it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again!

Roomy and clean

We had a wonderful time staying here with our family. Plenty of space for 11 of us. The teenagers loved having ping pong in the garage, and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball on site. It was easy to get to all the spots in St George that we wanted to visit

Wonderful Family Time

We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving with most of our family there. It was comfortable, safe, and close to sand dunes and other locations of interest. We had a turkey trot around the neighborhood that was great fun for all! Very, very nice stay!

Poolside Paradise

This property is AMAZING! The house and location were perfect for our stay. We had 5 adults and 12 softball players ranging from ages 16-18. The loft with bunk beds was the perfect area for the team. They had a great time just hanging out there and on the upper deck. The downstairs patio is also spacious with plenty of seating. This home has it all and I highly recommend it to sports teams wanting a “ Team house” or for a family and friends vacation home! The neighborhood is beautiful and only 7 minutes from town. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Overall Great Experience

Overall we were very pleased with this property and enjoyed out stay. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was lacking a few things such as a full set of measuring cups. the kitchen did have knives but there wasn't a paring knife. A paring knife would definitely have been nice to have.

Amazing property with extremely helpful, friendly staff

We have stayed at the same unit twice now and each time has been incredible. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with the entire process. I accidently left a bag at the unit and they were SO quick to get it, and ship it to my home. We will continue to stay at this unit whenever possible.

Soccer tournament

This place was amazing for our soccer tournament kids. Clean and organized with simple checkin and checkout instructions. Plenty of space for our team and a few parents. It’s also right across the street from the pool which everyone enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We loved being close to the pool, and our kids seem to mind that the water isn't exactly warm in January (having the hot tub there sure helped). The house was well stocked and had good space available. We under-utilized the table tennis in the garage because the garage was so cold, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Family Christmas

We had a great time celebrating Christmas with the kids and grandkids. Rooms and beds were great! Only thing bad was there was no mop to clean up spills and only 4 garbage bags left and no basics in the pantry like salt and pepper and oil etc. With 22 of us we made a lot of garbage so we had to buy more. The beds were very comfortable and had nice bedding. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect get away home at the Ledges.

We loved the house! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and relaxing! It was conveniently located for our trip to the Tuachan. We definitely want to stay there again!

Fabulous Place to Getaway

We just spent a few days at this property with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time. The pool is right across the street making for easy access. The property is spacious and well-appointed. Everyone had enough room to spread out. We loved eating dinner on the back patio in the evenings and enjoying the cool morning and night air on the front patio deck. We are already planning our next visit! It is a short drive away from stores, restaurants, etc. so we just planned to eat in which worked well in the spacious kitchen. You can't quickly run out to pick up something you forgot so plan ahead. We had expected TVs in all of the bedrooms but one, per the photo captions, and in reality, only the master had a TV. Not a deal-breaker but not what we were anticipating. I also wish that a list or photo of all the small appliances had been included in the listing. We brought a griddle and crockpot but found those and more in the pantry. That's why I gave "accuracy of listing" 4 stars. Overall, I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

Ladies weekend getaway!

Loved it! Very spacious for 15 women. Kitchen and family room was able to accommodate us all. Loved having the outdoor furniture and extra folding table and chairs. All the pool towels were awesome to have. The only issue was the AC going up in temperature automatically upstairs. That was rough with so many people sleeping on the bunk beds. Loved the place!! Thank you!

Our stay at Poolside Paradise

We loved the house. Loved the big pantry in the kitchen! We had plenty of bedding for 21 people. The kids loved the bunk room and the TV there. It was great being so close to the pool. We spent a lot of time there. We would definitely come again. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the fun things St. George has to offer! Thanks so much for having us!!

Great neighborhood, great house

Everything was just as it was described. The house was perfect. Everybody loved it and the neighborhood was very clean. The location was close enough to hit stores if you wanted to as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
