"Poolside Oasis" is a luxury villa located at the Ledges Resort at Snow Canyon. This 4-bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom villa spans 1,932 square feet. Positioned within 100 yards of two resort-style heated pools, oversized hot tubs, and two luxury pickleball courts, the villa offers convenient access to these amenities.

Guests can enjoy full resort amenities, including room service from the resort restaurant, Fish Rock Grille, and onsite concierge services to assist with activities such as booking tee times. The Ledges of St. George is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, with proximity to hiking, biking, and ATV trails, renowned rock climbing and rappelling spots, and breathtaking views of the red and white sandstone mountains.

Perfect place to stay for couples who want their own bedroom

On this particular trip we needed 2 master suites and loved this property for that reason. I didn’t realize that there was only one other bedroom, with the kids beds in an open area. That was inconvient for the couple that was in need of another room. The property was very clean, decorated nicely and we do love the location even though it is outside of the city. The dishwasher had a very bad smell even after we ran it several times but it didn’t have any affect on our stay.

Fabulous Place!

We had 8 people—my husband and me, our three grown boys and their friends. The place was perfect and could have accommodated many more people. It was beautifully decorated and had everything a family would need from a washer and dryer to a fully stocked kitchen to bikes and outdoor games. The beds were cozy and the bedrooms were lovely. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!

The owners/managers tried to think of everything! Truly a 5/5 star experience. Bikes, Pickleball, Cornhole, the pool, just so many little extras that made our vacation one of the best ever!

Golf trip

Property was wonderful. It is well provided, labels were a big help for us oldsters, linens, etc., were clean and plentiful. You should know the grill area had not been cleaned after last use, this included the table. Took us about a half hour to clean it. That said, it was not the end of the world. You might put dresser in the 2 upper sleeping areas just for ease. We would highly recommend you, and if we return would stay again. Thank you!

the area was very nice pool was very nice

There was no deep cleaning probably for several months. Very dusty, vacuum was full as if it never was emptied. We cleaned it out then it operated much better. Under the kitchen table was not swept. We rented 4 homes we stayed in the Poolside Oasis. I am not sure how the others were. The porch furniture was very dirty. Love that floor plan appliances worked really well. I would stay again even knowing that the cleaners were subpar.
