  • Oasis on the 9th is a custom 3,019 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please note that this custom home comes with a private pool and does not have access to The Ledges community pools or hot tubs.

    This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line upgrades, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Whether you want to relax in the stylish bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the living room, this home offers a variety of spaces for your enjoyment.

    For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into an entertaining area with multiple arcade games, a ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV with its own seating area. If you prefer to use the garage for parking, the seating area chairs can be easily moved to the side.

    Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive will take you to various hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The region is renowned for its world-class rock climbing and rappelling opportunities, offering stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Family getaway

Family of six, with four kids ranging from 7-15 years of age, spent 5 days and 4 nights. We loved the property. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the arcade games. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was incredible. It had everything you could ever want in amenities, views, location and ease of check-in and check-out. Would absolutely stay at this property again and may even make it our go-to for our annual friends trip.

Quick stay in St. George for a soccer tournament

Our family of six spent two nights here for a weekend soccer tournament. The property was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the luxurious beds/bedding. We will certainly look to stay here again.

View for Days!

Fantastic rental! The home, location and views are all incredible. The only concern is the potential to get hit with a golf ball, being that you're adjacent to the 9th hole fairway. That being said, I'd happily stay here again.
