NEWLY RENOVATED! Our SPACIOUS, CLEAN, ground level condo at the coveted Las Palmas resort is the perfect place to gather with friends or family. With sleeping accommodations for UP TO 16 GUESTS, no need to leave anyone out! Las Palmas is THE BEST WAY TO DO St. George. A HUGE SELECTION OF AMENITIES (multiple POOLS, HOT TUBS, pickle ball courts, gym, and so much more). Also, quick access to restaurants, golf courses, parks, hiking, biking, atv trails, and other family activities and entertainment

The space:

This 4 bedroom/ 2 full bath ground floor condo features comfortable A/C and heater, brand new washer and dryer, new kitchen appliances, New smart TV’s, & can accommodate up to 16 people with 11 beds and 2 cots with attached sleeping pads. One of the largest condos in Las Palmas at OVER 1600 sq. ft.

Master bathroom with 2 sinks, vanity, ample counter space, fantastic lighting, water closet, and newly remodeled shower.
2nd Bathroom has a tub with shower

- MASTER BEDROOM: King bed with Flat Screen TV in the master bedroom. (port-a-crib and 2 cots with sleeping pads stored in master closet)
- QUEEN BEDROOM: Queen bed and Flat screen TV in the second bedroom
- BUNK ROOM: Full over full bunk bed and Twin over Twin with trundle bunk bed in the third bedroom.
- QUEEN BUNK ROOM: Twin XL over queen bunk bed with twin trundle. 65 in. flat screen TV.
- Additional pull out queen sofa sleeper with 65 HD' Smart
TV in the living room.

Laundry: Large washer and dryer with ironing board + iron.

Enjoy the large indoor pool and hot tubs open year-round! Play some volleyball, pickle-ball, basketball, tennis, shuffle board, life size chess + more just a short walk from your front door! Run, hike, ride, bike, or climb while you explore the Green Valley Gap located just around the corner! Ride bikes or make the quick drive down to the AMAZING Thunder Junction Tonaquint All-Abilities Park (see pics). This is one of the best parks in the state for kids and adults and it's just a mile away! Or maybe you prefer to relax, dine, or lounge on your private back porch as you enjoy the seclusion and the gorgeous views.

Included in the nightly rate gives you access to everything below and includes a pass for up to 10 guests to the newly acquired Green Valley Resort located right in the back yard. Price is $5/day for every guest after 10 and not all condo's in Las Palmas have access for that many people so this is another big feature our condo provides.

Adequate

Property/amenities found to be consistent with listing and adequate for a quick 48-hour stay. The condo was superficially neat/clean...but the popcorn and pistachios in/under the furniture warrant a "housekeeping failure." And the overhead construction noise was a moderate nuisance. Overall, I wouldn't use again or give a strong recommendation -- too many better options in St. George. Thanks

Awesome Place to Stay

The Condo was nice and had everything we needed. Host was kind and welcoming. The ground floor was nice so we could have a place outside for the kids to play. Pools worked great and kids ranging from 4 months to 17yrs old all were able to enjoy as there was a pool each of them could enjoy. Pickleball and basketball courts were fun to add to the mix as well. We were very pleased with our rental experience. Would definitely rent this place again in our future.
