The home is very clean and very attractively decorated. Very comfortable for the four of us and the small dog. Kitchen had everything we needed and all the additional supplies were easily found. Checking out and clean up was easy. La Verkin itself doesn’t have much shopping but the proximity to ZION Natl Park was superb. Took us longer to access Bryce natl park but certainly doable in a day trip. Also enjoyed the State parks in the vicinity. Would highly recommend this property for a peaceful relaxing vacation spot as well as easily accessible to parks we came to see, thank you.

Fantastic Location

If you’re looking for proximity to Zion, Brycee Canyon, this is the place! Our host was very thorough with everything as well as helpful. The home has a huge kitchen equipped with everything like home. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the hummingbirds, plus it’s very quiet and peaceful. Also nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here agin when visiting all the parks.

Great house

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home and it was in a the best location. We had plenty of room for six people, it was clean and smelled good. The beds were super comfortable. The house is located so you could easily go to Zion, or explore La Verkin or Hurricane.

Nice relaxing weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this home, it was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy, with nice linens! We liked the backyard area, we used the grill each night to cook dinner and enjoyed eating outside while our doggy played in the grass. We all had fun playing ping pong as well! We took a quick drive up to Zion, and there are a lot trails conveniently close to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

The place was very comfortable and had all that we needed. It was well-stocked. My kids loved all the games in the outside game area. We loved the fireplace. Our dogs loved the backyard, but it would be nice if the backyard was fenced. But we never left them there without watching them, so it was fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Spot Near Zion

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, as listed. The beds were comfortable. The host provided many staples which we appreciated that are not always stocked in other rentals like shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, etc. Our kids enjoyed the games and the ping pong table.

Convenient Location

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and was a good home base for drives to Zion and Bryce Parks and eventually to head down to Arizona for the rest of our trip. The home was great, as all needed amenities were provided - from toiletries, to paper goods, to a great outside area that even had ping pong. Should one need anything or want to eat out there are also plenty of options in the area. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great house, cozy, clean, convenient location!

The hosts have thought of everything you might need during your stay here! The kitchen was well equipped, extra blankets, bedding, toiletries, well stocked laundry, grill, coolers to borrow. There was ample outdoor seating to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. The backyard was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the birds at the outdoor patio table in the shade. The house was very clean and furniture and beds were comfortable. Great location - an easy 30 minute drive to Zion main entrance and easy to Kolob canyon. Easy 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon. Nice grocery store a few blocks away and dining options in Hurricane about 10 minutes away. Would stay again!

Just as advertised.

This home is exactly as advertised. Clean. Spacious. Nice backyard for our dog to play. Ping pong table was a fun way to relax and had a great view of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again for our next Zion trip. Hosts were helpful in answering any questions.
