"Mert's Place" is a charming 1,932 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located at The Ledges in the Snow Canyon area of St. George. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio provide a perfect setting for relaxation, while the upstairs loft offers entertainment with games, bean bag chairs, and a foosball table. Enjoy breathtaking views from the walk-out deck upstairs, whether you're soaking up the sunshine or stargazing at night.

Mert's Place ensures hours of family fun in a tranquil setting, with hiking and biking trails surrounding the community. The Ledges community features 2 pools, hot tubs, and pickleball courts for your use. The vacation community, located just north of St. George, Utah, offers stunning views and convenient access to trails, a golf course, and various amenities. Whether you're seeking a relaxing poolside experience, hiking adventures in Snow Canyon State Park, or attending a show at the famous Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Mert's Place provides a delightful stay at The Ledges.

The house was perfect!!! So clean!!! Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Enough dishes and small appliances like crockpot, waffle maker etc..so quick and easy to get where we needed to go. Will stay there again and again.

This was the perfect place for my sister weekend getaway. It has the most beautiful view from the back patio. And a fun balcony area with lights that we enjoyed in the evening. Plenty of bathrooms for 6 ladies and the pool was so close! We will definitely be back.

Loved it!

This is very nice property in a great neighborhood close to Snow Canyon. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi went out a couple of times, but resetting the modem fixed it. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this property!

Mert's Place

We had the best experience at Mert's Place. There was loads of rooms, 5 bathrooms and a kitchen and living room area. It was centrally located - seriously less than 5 minutes from Snow Canyon and Indian Petroglyphs, and less than 10 minutes from town. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and we were so pleased with the cleanliness and ease of check in and out. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Perfect Place

We loved our stay at Mert’s Place. It was better stocked than any VRBO we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The garage has lots of fun outdoor games and toys. There were even 3 sets of golf clubs we used at the beautiful Ledges golf course. Such a perfect place to stay for a relaxing fun getaway.

Couldn’t have asked for better. Great location, great neighborhood, fabulous stay. Kitchen well appointed for thanksgiving dinner even. My only regret - forgot to bring my swim suit for the heated pool and jacuzzi!!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend with friends. The kids loved their space in the loft and the pool was a hit! We enjoyed a day of golf at Ledges as well. Loved that they have golf clubs already there for you to borrow. We will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in St. George.

We loved our stay at Mert's Place. It has everything you need! Clean, new, friendly! Games for kids, fire pit, BBQ, close to pool and hot tub, kitchen has everything you need for cooking and prep. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was super clean and very well organized. We enjoyed our stay. The community pool and pickle ball courts were very crowded so we were unable to enjoy those amenities, but would have been very fun.

Fantastic, There was a slight mixup on Check in time VRBO said 3 and red rock vacations said 4. I spoke to Cheyenne and she was amazing we have no problem waiting and she even offered us a small discount for the inconvenience thanks so much.

Perfect St George vacation rental

This is a beautiful property located near Snow Canyon, just outside of St George. The location was ideal bc we spent a few days exploring Snow Canyon with bikes and hikes and we were also so close to town. The unit was sparkling clean with new everything. It was comfortable and well stocked. We will definitely rent this property again when we return.

Merts Place

Loved this rental. Beautiful and perfectly accommodating. Was nervous at first that location was so far out of town but once there, decided it was better. It was quiet and peaceful. Less traffic and noise. Complex was quiet, clean and orderly. Loved! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
