Fairway Oasis is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Nice place

Nice property - excellent communication, very clean and in a great location - quiet, yet close to St. George. Great 5 day hangout. Only con was the lack of live television - it either wasn’t available, or there were no instructions on how to access it.

Beautiful & Peaceful

Great rental, we’ll be back!

Overall a great vacation rental in a nice development. As golfers we were pumped to be right on the course, but because of some big bushes you don’t have a good view from the back patio. Didn’t get to play the course because they were closed for maintenance, but we will next time as it looks pretty nice. Short walk to the pool and pickleball courts, no need to drive. Enjoyed the upstairs patio with the fire pit every night!

Stay at Ledges on Caledonia

We loved our stay here. Made wonderful memories that will last forever. The only thing I would have changed about the house is the initial smell when you walk in and mine and my husband’s allergies in the master bedroom on the main level. It smelled like animal urine(not overwhelming but definitely noticeable) and only when we were in the master bedroom did our allergies kick in. It is a beautiful place and we would definitely come again

Great place, poor management

Property had great no-contact check in, and was great about cleanliness. However I was unimpressed when I tried to contact the management via email, text, and phone call, and got no response. We were unable to find a garbage can *despite a sign saying a fine would be applied for not putting them to the curb at checkout. We ran out of propane, and garbage bags, and some of the light bulbs were burned out.

It was in a good location. Nice property. However it was poorly cleaned. The floor was so dirty. Garbage, wrappers and left over candy under the couches and beds. Towels had a smell to them. And the gar age disposal was so rotten smelling.

Wonderful Spot

We had a lovely stay. The property was just as advertised. We had plenty of space and was beautifully maintained. Our location was close to all the sights we wanted to see on our trip. It was wonderful that The Ledges offered coupon codes for many attractions. We used both outdoor spaces for socializing and star gazing. We would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for the size of group we had and the activities we did! We had a fun relaxing girls weekend celebrating a soon to be bride! The house was easy to get into and had just enough space for everyone. we hung out by the pool which was close and convenient and then ate at the fish rock grille which was super yummy! We would stay here again!

Great condo at a lovely location

We enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. It was a close drive in to St. George and we were able to enjoy riding ebikes into the nearby Snow Canyon state park. The pools and hot tubs were fun. It was spring break so we were lucky to get any time at the pickleball courts- they were very popular. We loved the outdoor seating on the roof and the beautiful golf course views. Management was very prompt in fixing the DirectTV problem so we could watch the final game of March Madness. One of the boxes up in the loft were unplugged.
