"Dixie Family Adventure" is a spacious 2,692 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa conveniently located across the street from the community pool and hot tub. Ideal for family gatherings, this villa comfortably sleeps 23, offering a combination of bedrooms and a loft filled with bunk beds. Each room features a smart TV, and the loft is equipped with an Xbox One for entertainment. The property ensures fun for all ages with board games, outdoor games, portable basketball hoops, scooters, and baskets of toys.

Catering to the needs of families, "Dixie Family Adventure" provides essential amenities for little ones, including high chairs, strollers, Pack-n-Plays, bibs, life jackets, and booster seats. The villa boasts ample outdoor living space and a fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to relax and enjoy a stress-free family vacation filled with lasting memories.

Situated in The Ledges vacation community just north of St. George, Utah, the property is surrounded by stunning views. With easy access to trails, a golf course, community pools, and pickleball courts, The Ledges offers a memorable family tradition. Great property

We had a group of about 15 ranging in age from 4 to 67 years old. The property was great. We appreciated the private hot tub and the proximity to the swimming pool.We took a couple of day trips to national parks, so convenient and gorgeous.The host was available, responsive, and attentive without being at all overbearing. I recommend this property and would happily rebook.

Awesome place

Love everything about this property! The bathrooms for each room was a big plus! Kids and teens had ample amount of space to hang and enjoy each other! Master bedroom on ground floor was perfect for granny not having to use all the stairs. Location to the pool couldn’t have been better! Only one downfall… the couch could be better to hang and watch movies. Other then that wonderful property!

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and the photos accurately represented the property. Our only frustration was the parking. We had a few cars and we could not park on the street. We could only put one car in the garage because there was a basketball hoop laying down inside of the garage. One of our cars received a notice. Multiple times while we were just unloading groceries, security came and asked us to move our vehicle. Another time, security came and took pictures of our vehicles. Our entire group was quiet and respectful, yet the security stopped at our location numerous times. Thank you.

One of the best equipped rentals we have stayed in

This property is well prepared to host families small and large. If there was anything we needed, we located it quickly. From a well stocked kitchen (plenty of plates, cookware, appliances, etc), to laundry, to garage, we had everything we could need or want in this property. It was a short drive from the main part of St George, but we didn't find the drive at all prohibitive. The pool is right across the street and we used it almost daily as it was so close and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Townhome! Well supplied with all the things we needed! Private hot tub was wonderful. We stayed through a weekend and it would have been nice to reach the rental company with questions we had, but they are only M-F unless it’s an emergency.
