The Colombia Retreat is a spacious 2,817 sq. foot luxury home situated in The Ledges of St. George. Designed to accommodate both single and multi-family groups, this residence features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The interior is elegantly furnished with all the desirable upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The open and welcoming floor plan creates a comfortable living space, and the bedrooms are designed to provide a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities enhance the overall experience, with features such as an outdoor gas grill, a private pool, a hot tub, a covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, conveniently located near the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Residents and guests can enjoy the nearby hiking, biking, and ATV trails, as well as world-famous rock climbing and rappelling. The stunning views of the red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges contribute to the appeal of this luxurious retreat.

Awesome property!

I highly recommend this property. The house is amazing and very well kept. It is a little removed from town which isn't the most convenient for a quick trip to the store, etc. However, the surrounding location is beautiful and very close to Snow Canyon. I would recommend adding a pack 'n play to the unit.

An amazing Haven

This property was impeccably, clean and incredibly tastefully decorated. The comfort of all of the furniture and amenities was beyond our expectations. Each and every thing in the house is well labeled and directions for everything were communicated to us before hand or easily found a pre-prepared manual Left in the kitchen. The decor of the home is luxury at its finest yet comfort of everything within equally matches. Our family that traveled from New York and California had a magnificent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was certainly a lovely place to come back to for rest after a long day of sightseeing in the surrounding areas.

Perfection!

We really enjoyed our quick couple of days here. The property is incredibly beautiful, it has everything that you could possibly need and is thoughtfully organized. Everything is maintained well, there are plenty of linens, and the furniture is very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Legendary Stay at Ledges Vacation Rental

This was our first time visiting our son, who recently moved to the Saint George area; what a wonderful place to call home. The accommodations at The Ledges were perfect, we felt right at home. Birthday Weekend perfection

We brought 6 teenage girls for a weekend of birthday fun and enjoyed everything about this home! The entire group of girls stayed in the bunk bed room. The master bedroom did not disappoint.
