Welcome to Cliffside Retreat, a luxurious 2,692 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa meticulously furnished with all the upgrades you desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, offering a peaceful sanctuary.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this location is a haven for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only minutes away, discover a variety of hiking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that embrace The Ledges.

Great stay!

Great place to stay near St George! Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Right across the street from one of the community pools, and the private hot tub was really nice. Well equipped kitchen. Zero complaints. Will definitely loom here next time we stay in St George!

Ledges is a lovely area

We truly enjoyed our stay! Easy access to all areas of St. George to go & do, eat, and enjoy! This home had more than enough space for our group and had everything we needed during our stay! Nice and close to the pool as well! The Ledges is a nice and quiet, beautiful part of St. George! The location even allowed us to see some shooting stars (from the Perseid meteor shower.)

Girls Trip

This house was absolutely beautiful and had more than enough space for our group to stay, relax, cook, and play. It was a great location for exploring state parks and the less commercialized parts of St. George area. The property management was incredibly responsive and brought us a new coffee maker within an hour of knowing the one in the unit wasn’t working properly. Clean and spacious, I would highly recommend staying here!

Great for big groups!

We loved this property! Lots of beds and room to not feel crowded. We had 13 in our group. Hot tub was awesome, two separate tv/family rooms were great! Right across from one of the pools/hot tubs. The only things we didn’t like was the super low water pressure in the showers and the window coverings do not block out the morning sun. Still overall was a great place!

Great place, better cleaning.

The place is nice and sleeps a lot of people. The only thing I would say is it needs to be cleaned a little better. There was long hairs on the floor and lots of crumbs in the couch.

Lovely home

Perfect get away. Clean. Well stocked and the hot tub was perfect! Our group had no complaints. The curb outside by the high way need a light on it. It is not visible in the dark and was hit by one of our guests. This is not the owners responsibility… but please put a reflector light on the island driving in. It is a hazard. Everything else was wonderful! Thank you!!!

Great House

This place was awesome. All the five star reviews are correct. Big house, very clean in a wonderful neighborhood. There was six of us in the house and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again.

World championships

We were here for the 1/2 Ironman world championships! My daughter was competing ! What a great location ! Convenient to everything! Even got to see some bikers go by. The unit was amazing! Had everything we needed and more. So much space. Loved the hot tub and used the bikes … we will be back !

Perfect Modern Family Rental

The house was bright & clean. Super cute. Stocked with everything including plenty of towels. Comfy beds. The pool is right across the street. My kids loved the private hot tub and Pacman game. I appreciated the large washer & dryer. I would definitely rent this house again.

Outstanding St. George Getaway

Great new spacious property with lots of everything you need, and everything in excellent working condition. Got great use out of the large hot tub, BBQ, and well equipped kitchen. Also had fun in the community center pool right across the street. Very easy to work with the Ledges Resort staff. They were quick to respond to any questions, and very thorough with every email. At no extra cost they set up a week of golfing for 8 of us, and provided all good dinner recommendations. We look forward to returning for another epic golf week!

Great Property

Short drive from St. George, worth the view!

Clean, spacious and comfortable! We loved staying here! Each of my family members had their own bathroom and my grandkids loved the bunk beds! We loved how each room was spacious and comfortable for all of us to be together. It was wonderful!
