3 bedroom, 3 bathroom HUGE Family unit.!!. Walk out to a large patio with plenty of seating and sunshine. Huge grassy courtyard. Steps away from both pools, hot tubs and playground.
This unit is Completely UPDATED and SUPER CLEAN ! natural gas BBQ, Large capacity Washer and Dryer. SUPER QUIET Dishwasher. 50 gallon water heater and water softener.
Spacious floor plan, roomy open feeling. Family room has a large 75 " flat screen , with super fast fiber optic cable. Direct TV. Log into your, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, HULU, DISNEY and more.
Large dining room table with 8 chairs and room for 4 more around the island. Roomy and comfortable seating for 10.
The cabinets are stocked with all dishes, glasses, utensils, non-stick cookware, electric griddle, coffee maker, waffle iron, Crepe maker, Crock Pot, Wok, hot chocolate maker, blender, toaster, mixer, cookie sheets, glass bowls, beaters and just about everything you would possibly need ! Salt, pepper, assorted seasoning blends... sugar, cooking spray.

We supply plenty of soft pool towels, bath towels, little shampoos and hand soaps. Laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, dish soap, scrubbing pads . Plenty of paper towels and trash bags. highchair. 2 porta cribs for the little ones !

Master suite has a comfortable King Size bed, 2 night stands and a six drawer dresser . Large 55 in ROKU. flat screen TV. with 135 channels. ceiling fan. Large walk-in closet. Extra blankets and pillows.
Huge Grand Master bath has large soaker tub, double sinks and separate walk in shower with a hand held shower head. Separate commode room. 2 blow dryers. The master also walks out to the patio !

Bed #2 is very spacious and has 2 Queen size beds with fresh linens . Large closet, Ceiling fan, large flat screen with 135 channels. ROKU . Large dresser. It's own master bath with large soaker tub/ shower and hair dryer.

Bedroom #3 has 2 double / twin bunk beds. Will sleep six kids ! Has ROKU flat screen TV , ceiling fan, night stand with lamp Full bath directly across the hall.
All bathrooms have blow dryers .
The RESORT "HUB". Located in front of building 14 and Building 16 include children's pool, Large swimming pool. Water slides ! SPLASHPAD for the kids. INDOOR POOL and 2 hot tubs. New Pickleball, basketball court, equipment for pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard and basketball is available for check out at front desk. Soft drinks, munchies, inflatable pool toys etc. are available for purchase. Please present the blue Las Palmas Resort pass at the check-in desk. It will allow up to 12 guests.

Very clean and spacious unit. Well-stocked kitchen. All amenities were well thought out and amply provided. 2 minor issues were quickly resolved by host. He answered questions very quickly and was able to come and help us within minutes both times we had an issue. King bed was VERY comfortable and I love that there was a TV in each room and dressers/closets in each room. If you have little ones, the master closet is equipped with a pack and play with a clean mattress/bedding. Closet is large enough to fit the crib and completely dark when door is closed; it'd be great for a quiet place for baby to sleep! High chair also provided, It's also very nice that each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Price was excellent and well worth every penny. Would stay here again for sure.

Had a wonderful stay.. sad to be leaving. Greg is very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is well equipped. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Living area is large and enough seating for our group of 8. Very close to both family pools. Great place to stay!

Perfect

Plenty of space to relax comfortably. My kids loved their rooms and easy access to swimming pools. They were excited about the bikes however some needed fixing. Kitchen had most of what we needed for cooking minus an ice maker and meat thermometer. Master bedroom was very nice, comfortable king size bed. Overall we had a very nice little family getaway.

Fantastic stay for the family

The location is great. The walk out patio is so convenient. The furnishings are excellent. Great for a large family. Host communicated very well. Very clean place. Kitchen well stocked. Couches were great for family gathering time. So fun to have the bikes and scooters. overall great stay.

Amazing

This place is awesome! We have stayed in a few different units in this complex and this one is the best. Not even close. This condo is huge! Very clean. The owner, Greg, is great as well. Great communication and responds quickly. We will be back for sure. Can't wait for our next St Geroge trip.

Great for families and close to pool

Big and spacious. Great for families. Pool is right out back porch. Condo has most things you’ll need. It was missing cooking spray, salt shaker and laundry detergent when we stayed, but not a big deal as stores are near by. Rooms are big and we also enjoyed the bikes in the garage. Great condo for the price and we will definitely stay again!

Amazing get away!

Such a gorgeous condo. The beds and sofas are so welcoming after playing outdoors all day. We all slept so well and had a blast! There are basketball courts and many pools. My kids loved it and I loved a good nights sleep after 😁 Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!

We were so thrilled with every part of this location, layout and ambiance of this home away from home. We had teen cousins who could not believe the size of the TV alone! The three bathrooms were so helpful and the size of the kitchen allowed for everyone to dine comfortably. The short walk to the playground, pool and clubhouse made it very easy for the younger children. And the bikes and scooters were just amazing. This will be our destination in the future. Thank you so much to our wonderful and friendly host!

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Property

Our stay was wonderful. With me I had my parents and family (wife, 5 kids). The property was large enough to accommodate all of us and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy without feeling like sardines. The property was clean and homey feeling. Plenty of counter space. The property manager communicated throughout the process without being overbearing and responded to my communication quickly. The checkout procedure was quick without being too much. Would recommend this property to anyone who has a large group/family.
