NEAR ZION & St. GEORGE

Gorgeous spacious home in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. George. Enjoy a glorious sunset or breathtaking view from the wrap-around deck—or enjoy a barbecue in the private courtyard. The open kitchen, dining and two common rooms are perfect for family gatherings. Watch movies on one of the large flat-screen TV’s, or relax in one of the five beautifully decorated bedrooms.

Away from the city lights, you’ll feel as if you can reach out and touch the stars. This central location offers the best of two worlds, from private solitude to the excitement of all that Southern Utah has to offer. In every direction you will find something inspiring to behold. The city of St. George is a mere15 minutes away, as are the astonishing towers of Kolob Canyon. Twenty minutes away is the unparalleled Zion National Park with its magnificent sights, trails and canyons. For boating and swimming there are multiple reservoirs including Sand Hollow and Quail Creek, less than 30 minutes away.

You won’t want to miss seeing one of the professional musical productions performed in the famous Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater in Snow Canyon. Or if Shakespeare is your passion, Cedar City (25 minutes north) is home to the popular Shakespearean Festival.

Other nearby activities, to mention just a few, include: The Dinosaur Museum, Pine Valley, multiple Slot Canyons,Thunder Junction (an all-abilities park), the Children’s Museum with an enormous splash pad, Toquerville Falls, Volcanos and Lava Flows as well as other Geological Wonders, and numerous Trails for biking or four-wheeling. Nearby you’ll find the Red Rock Roasting Company, famous for coffee, sandwiches, bakery and pizza, with tables overlooking the deep Virgin River Gorge. Or you may prefer to walk right out the back door for an early morning hike.

Beautiful location, excellent views, plenty of space for everyone. Clean and quiet. So much to do in Southern Utah. Our family absolutely loved this home.

Fantastic Place in La Verkin

This is a great place for a big group of people. It is like two homes in one, providing space for those that need to work remotely or just need some alone time. The views of the sunset are fantastic from the west balcony. We had a great view of the comet from this location

House Surprise

Due to unexpected circumstance, we had to 'switch' house location from the LaVerkin to Leeds UT. The host/owner was very accommodating with the new house arrangement. The 'new' house was very spacious and modern with all amenities. We had a very pleasant stay.

Large new house with a comfy layout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Convenient location for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay at this property. It was beautiful and spacious. Communication with the host was easy and helpful and the location was great for hiking at Zion. The mountain view from the kitchen window was awesome!

Great space for the whole family

The house is perfect for large groups. Everyone had their own bedroom, ample bathrooms, beautiful cooking kitchen and large gathering area. Having two floors, each with their own gathering space was perfect for keeping early risers and night owls satisfied. During our stay we did not have the downstairs laundry, but the upstairs appliances were fantastic, much higher quality than expected, so we had no issues. The wrap around porch was also a big hit! The host was easy to work with and the home was clean. Even the picky mother-in-law was impressed!

Biking group weekend

House was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The two separate garages and driveways were great for storing all our bikes and gear. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we had great views from the deck. River Rock Roasting cafe is only a few blocks away, easy to walk, bike or drive to. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Beautiful new home!

We had an amazing stay here. The host had everything super organized and labeled which we loved. She was very communicative. We did have issues with the upstairs ac but as soon as I let her know she offered to come look at it. It wouldn’t cool as much as we would have liked. But we managed. Other than that the house was amazing! Very clean!

Absolutely wonderful. The house was lovely. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The host was super responsive and very nice. I would stay at this house again and recommend it to anyone!

Zion Weekend Stay

By far one of the best rentals we’ve ever been to. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything we needed was there and it made us already start talking about making this our place to stay anytime we go to Zion. Just a couple things to mention was there was no garage opener available. The grill needed a brush to clean. The dishwasher had to be emptied when we arrived. And there was some cleaning supplies and towels left outside downstairs by one of the doors. The fridge upstairs also had a hard time keeping temp. Overall it was perfect for us and we will definitely be coming back to book here.

Short Family Excursion to SW Utah

House was in great shape and was well-furnished. The 5 bedrooms allowed our 3 teenagers plenty of room to spread out. The 2 levels could be their own living spaces -- each with kitchen, laundry, and garage -- if that's what you wanted. We used the wrap-around balconies a lot in the mornings and evenings and they offered great sunset views. Owners were helpful. We would highly recommend the property.
